Wonderful spa! Warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere. Massage was great- would absolutely recommend. Was wonderful to then hang out in their outdoor area, have a mimosa and a tea, while enjoying the jacuzzi and sun! I will absolutely return next time I return to Sedona:)

Disappointing
My daughter and I were visiting Sedona for a long weekend and I wanted to treat her to her first spa experience. Unfortunately we planned late so most traditional resort spas were booked. Sedona's New Day Spa had many positive reviews and was available. We both booked the 75 minute Arnica body scrub and massage. At the time of booking we were asked if we preferred a deep massage or Swedish. We both chose deep tissue since we had been hiking all weekend. This experience was disappointing on many levels. As my daughter said, it would only take a few easy touches to make this spa feel more "spa-like". Spa music, aromatic candles lit in lounge, dim the lights!, a fountain in the courtyard to dim traffic noise, champagne shaped glasses for the mimosas. The disappointment continued as we paid our bill. It was never explained to us that the deep tissue massage was an upcharge even though I feel we didnt receive it anyway. Also, comparably speaking the prices in general are on par with the luxury resorts like the Auberge without the luxury experience. My advice is to plan ahead and book at one of the luxury resort spas in Sedona if you desire a true spa experience.

This review is for my facial with Amy. When trying to book two tandem services for my husband and I, making sure he received a message, I hesitantly booked myself a facial. I have been an esthetician for 15 years and rarely trust anyone to work on my skin. Amy's touch and thorough care truly exceeded any expectations I had going into my service. I don’t get the high ratings
Made two appointments here because it gets such good reviews. Not sure why. The place is tiny. It’s by no means any kind of luxury experience. The sheets are rough. The hot tub is something your neighbor might have and none of the jets worked. My sister loved her message and said it was great. Even though we booked the same thing they were very different as mine was not great. The vibe is really not soothing. You are on top of one another outside and inside. I just don’t recommend this place.

When we called Sedona’s New Day Spa, someone answered immediately. We were able to speak with a real person, review availability for two, and easily book our appointments. That alone set the tone for how welcoming and attentive this place is. “We had tried calling another spa first and only reached voicemail.”From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm and soothing. A secret piece of paradise!
Our concierge recommended this spa to my husband and I and we are so glad he did! The ambience is lovely with a small water feature and large garden area to the rear. There is a private changing room where you are given robes and slippers (and even a hairbrush if needed!). The staff are all lovely. There are a surprisingly number of treatment rooms, the two we were in were clean, warm and welcoming. After our treatments we used the hot tun and were given mimosas! Best of all was the standard of our treatments. My husband had a facial and I had a full body massage both of which were excellent.

Great couples massage in a relaxing environment
Booked a couples relaxation massage for myself and my husband. It was a wonderful experience. The massages were both terrific! The spa has a great ambiance, we got cozy robes and flip flops. The changing room has private bathroom and shower and keyed lockers. We also were given fresh water, snacks and even mimosas if we wanted. We also relaxed in the garden are afterwards and while we didn’t take advantage of the hot tub, we appreciated that it was available.

I found this spa online while planning our vacation and it had great reviews. I decided to splurge on a body treatment/massage. This was the best massage I have ever had. The spa was beautiful, with onsite showers and a hot tub. The staff was great. I felt truly pampered. If we visit Sedona again, I will definitely visit them again.

Day Spa Extrordinaire!
What a lovely place! The staff are so friendly and concerned about our well being and comfort. Julia was my wife’s masseuse and my wife was so pleased with her Swedish massage that she fell asleep in the car on the way back to our hotel. Kristin was my masseuse and she gave the most remarkable deep tissue massage, in fact the best I have ever had.Don’t miss this experience while you are in Sedona.

Perfect Spa to celebrate a birthday!
Had a beautiful spa experience with my daughter in law! Massage therapists for both of us were exceptional. The Sedona's New Day Spa is an oasis. I had a one hour massage, not my first here, and am always very pleased with the massage and masseuse. Everyone is welcoming, pleasant and caring. This really was a private retreat. Unassuming from the parking lot, but once you cross under the archway you are truly in an oasis. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The garden patio and hot tub was tranquil. The services were professional and sublime. Looking forward to my next trip to Sedona to visit them again.

One of the best massages ever!
My husband and I spent a week in Sedona and had a fabulous experience at New Day Spa. We each felt that it was one of the best spa experiences ever. The massages were excellent and the massage therapists were outstanding. This is not a fancy over-the-top spa with ultra luxurious surroundings and pampering. It’s small, but very clean and thoughtfully appointed. There’s a nice zen feel throughout. The vibe was professional and friendly. It was exactly what we needed. We would definitely return. Great experience all around.
