I had a fantastic experience with this Power Pup Clean for cleaning my area rugs (which BADLY needed a good wash)! Emir was incredibly personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and the right treatment was applied. Communication from quoting to arrival time was instantaneous and the quality of service was excellent. Additionally, scheduling was incredibly fast and easy and they were able to fit me in within the week Emir clearly takes pride in his work and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. I very much appreciate the attention to detail and my rugs look fantastic - the odor and stains have been well addressed. I would absolutely recommend Power Pup Clean to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality carpet cleaning!

I haven’t used this company’s services yet, but I wanted to leave a review specifically for Marcus because of his integrity and exceptional customer service. I called him about a food dye stain on our wool rug, and he patiently stayed on the phone while I sent him photos. After looking at them, he was upfront that the stain was likely permanent. Rather than coming out and charging me for a cleaning he didn’t believe would work, he recommended a company specializing in dyeing and color restoration for wool rugs. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to point me in the right direction, even though it meant not getting the job himself. That kind of integrity is truly refreshing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company in the future.

Emir was fantastic, he did the cleaning of my couch and 2 area rugs, everything is squeaky cleaned, smelling wonderful, he removed the fabric peeling off the couch with a fabric shaver, plus he is so nice and friendly, very knowledgeable, gave me bunch of tips on how to take care of upholstery.
