We stayed at a Airbnb in Seattle and had a huge disaster with our carpets thanks to our dog that got sick. I called power pup clean. Emir went above and beyond to clean our home. We had moved out and were no longer living in Seattle. Unfortunately our key we left in our lockbox had frozen over, which is not something that happens in Seattle. He made multiple attempts with hot water to thaw the lockbox. He was successful and once inside a room had been unlocked from the outside, which he was able to open too. This was a multiple hour ordeal and we really appreciate the way her went out of his way to get our carpets cleaned especially with a few pet stains we had too. Highly recommend!!

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THEM! This “company” has bought all of their 5 star reviews. We hired them, they came out, did nothing but put chemicals on our carpet, charged us over $650 and left us a huge mess. When we reached out to them they provided us with a fake address to send paperwork for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE!

Emir Sal did an amazing job on our living room and couch. We have two dogs and there are a lot of "pet stains" and smells and emir got rid of all of them! We have been working together for years and he always does the best job.

Emil arrived on time, estimated the job to take 1 1:2 hours; he met his goal. Living room, dining room & 2 sets of quite dirty stairs. He gave instructions for carpet care, told me what to expect. He was professional, courteous and an efficient worker. Price was fair. I highly recommend Power Pup Clean for carpet cleaning.

I never thought I'd write a review for upholstery cleaning but here I am because this was such a positive experience. I had two couches cleaned - both that get daily use by a dog and two boys. The amazing technician, Emir, was literally sweating from working so hard to get the dog hair off! The couch looks like a different piece of furniture, and the smell is very mellow and not chemical in nature at all. Emir arrived right on time which was super important because of my schedule that day and finished quickly and also right when he estimated he would be done. Would definitely recommend and use again. I was finding myself avoiding my couch, and now I am looking forward to spending lots of time on it this winter!
