COMPLIMENTI. ☺Accoglienza super, Alloggio perfetto fornito di tutto il necessario e con accesso diretto sulla spiaggia. Proprietari residenti nella stessa villa, sempre disponibili se richiesti. Mamma eccezionale e gentilissima ci ha donato biscotti e verdura del giardino. Il frigorifero era fornito di tanti extra. Ho visto pochi alloggi arredati con tanta intelligenza e preoccupazione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Complimenti e grazie di tutto.

Csodálatos szállás remek lokációval, melegszívű házigazdákkal. ☺Bárcsak adhatnék többet, mint 10 pont. Afrodite és Manolis csodálatos házigazdák, mindent megtettek a kényelmünk érdekében. Vendégszerető, melegszívű emberek. Érkezésnél változott a járatunk, de nem okozott gondot a nagyon késői érkezésünk sem, sőt, gondolva arra, hogy este 11kor nem tudunk bevásárolni, bekészítettek nekünk másnap reggelre reggeliző csomagot. Az apartmanban felszerelt konyha, fürdőkád és mosógép van. A tenger karnyújtásnyira. A közelben buszmegállók, kényelmes sétatávolságra bevásárlási és több vacsorázási lehetőség. Minden ugyanolyan szép, mint a képeken, sőt, még szebb élőben! Remélem, lesz még alkalmunk visszatérni! ☹Nem volt semmi negatívum.

Dit appartement is in één woord - een paradijs - voor wie houdt van strand, zee en rust. Iedere dag zwemmen en zonnen op een (bijna) privéstrand of in alle rust genieten op je ruime terras. Beautiful house, location and the perfect host ☺ If you are looking for a nice large studio, a beautiful view, a private beach, the sound of the waves/sea and the perfect host: don't hesitate and book this location. Manolis and Aphrodite are exceptionally nice hosts and made an effort to make our stay a success. They are genuinely interested in their guests and really made us feel welcome. There was some food like cheese, snacks, drinks, bread and wine in the refridgerator as well as fresh fruits. The next days Manolis and Aphrodite provided us with some Cretan treats like artichokes, cretan pan cakes with honey and mispels. The studio has everything one needs: a well equipped kitchen with an oven, toaster, Nespresso machine up and what else one needs as well as small things like herbs, tea, oil, vinegar, waste bags and cleaning utensils; in the bathroom there is a washing machine and washing pods are provided for as well. It is located in a quiet place, away from hotels and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea, sun and beach. A supermarket (Top market) is located at about 10 min walk and has very good quality of products, much better than in many supermarkets in Rethymno. Thank you Manolis and Aphrodite for your hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay. We booked quite a few accommodations but your studio is definitely worth a 10 ! We will see you next year. ☹ Nothing

Die Lage des Apartments ist wunderbar. Direkt am Meer und in einer ruhigeren Gegend lässt es sich hier gut entspannen und runterkommen. Der Kaffee mit Blick aufs Meer ist einfach von der Terrasse aus möglich. Bei gekippten Fenstern hört man sogar nachts die Wellen. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Geräte neu. Highlight ist auch der sehr nette Host Manolis mit seiner Frau. Wenn man möchte gibt er einem gute Tipps. Wenn man was erleben will kann mit dem Auto sehr gut in alle Teile der Insel fahren, durch die nahe gelegene Bundesstraße und die zentrale Lage auf der Insel ist es sehr günstig gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und würden sofort wieder kommen!

House on the seafront ☺ House is on the sandy beach. We rented a studio with separate entrance kitchen with a large fridge barhroom washer/dryer and kind size bed. We enjoyed all the amenities the studio has to offer as well as our walks on the beach, clean salty air, and the sound of the waves. The weather was mild even in the beginning of December . The owners are exceptionally warm and welcoming couple Manolis and Aphrodite who packed our fridge with snacks and drinks for our arrival. Area around the house is very quiet. There is a tavern popular with locals, a few other places to eat, as well as Lidl supermarket, and a few other minimarkets located whithin a few minutes drive. One tavern is within walking distance but was closed for the winter season. Old Town Rethymno is about 15-20 min. drive from the house. ☹ We liked everything about out vacation at the Sea Sand and Sun apartment.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce logement que nous avons adoré ! La propreté est irréprochable, l'équipement est complet et pratique, et l'accueil est des plus chaleureux. Le gérant, accompagné de sa femme, tous deux très gentils, nous a offert plein de petites attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'endroit est magnifiquement fleuri, ce qui ajoute encore plus de charme à ce petit coin de paradis. La belle terrasse avec transats et petit salon extérieur est idéale pour se détendre. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : l'accès direct à la plage ! Elle semblait presque privée, tant nous étions seuls à nous baigner tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir, et cette fois-ci pour une plus longue durée. De plus, le centre-ville est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Un grand merci pour cette expérience parfaite !

Wunderschönes Appartement direkt am Meer mit Privatstrand ☺Sehr nette Vermieter, Aphrodite und Manolis sind sehr bemüht und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Das Appartement hat eine Traumlage, direkt am Privatstrand. Vom Bett aus hört man das Meer rauschen, von der Terasse aus sieht man das Meer und auf den Sonnenliegen kann man den Tag ausklingen lassen oder auch mal einen Tag in der Unterkunft verbringen. Übringens ist der Privatstrand auch perfekt zum Schnorcheln, gerade morgens kann man sehr gut den Fischreichtum Kreta´s entdecken. Wer pure Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Das Appartement ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Von einer Nespressomaschine mit einer Erstversorgung an Kapseln bis hin zum Korkenzieher, alles da. Wir fahren viel in Urlaub und haben vorwiegend Fewos aber so ein Appartement hatten wir noch nie. Wer eine Unterkunft auf Kreta sucht und lieber Individualurlaub statt Pauschalurlaub machen möchte, der ist hier richtig. Die Lage ist perfekt um schnell in die Berge zu kommen oder auf die Südseite der Insel zu fahren. Rethymno ist nur 15 min. mit dem Auto entfernt und hier kann man abends durch die belebten Gassen schlendern oder am Meer in einem der zahlreichen Restaurants essen gehen oder man verbringt einen romantischen Abend auf der Terrasse des Appartments in der Loungeecke bei einem Glas griechischem Wein. Einfach phantastisch. Volle Empfehlung von uns. Vielen lieben Dank Aphrodite und Manolis für diesen tollen Aufenthalt und eure Gastfreundschaft.
