What customers say about Seamoss Africa
Recent reviews
I like their products but customer care? I have something to say- I’ll keep it short and sweet- Some advice for the staff: if a customer asks for a product that will help them gain weight, why offer a product that assists with weight loss just to make a sale? No biggie but, active listening is a skill as well as product knowledge.
The service I always get at Seamoss Soweto is forever brilliant, the staff is forever willing to educate on the products and even suggest better alternatives. I would suggest everyone to visit seamoss africa for your various health issues ,you will be happy.
I visited the store today. I was very excited to try out the new blueberry seamos gel. The flavour is really amazing. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The shop is very to easy to find. Details is on their website. They have a wide range of products to chose from. This is my new favourite place to buy my herbal products.
