This place is absolutely fantastic. Love how they walk you through everything detail by detail. For prompt responses and a great user interface for their app. Great online doctor. Can’t say enough good things. Oh and Tiffany is the kindest and most helpful person ever.

Very premium mental health service. Head and shoulders above others I have tried. Was very grateful to speak with the physician and make a treatment plan. I felt respected and heard. Tiffany was also extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful as I had some initial troubles setting up my account, but they were quickly fixed and everything went smoothly. As someone who avoids healthcare because I don't want to feel pushed or judged, I had a great experience because they do not do that here. I felt at ease during the experience and that is saying a lot because I get very anxious with healthcare. Would recommend this clinic!

SDKARE / Dr Reikman are so caring!! I have been a patient of Dr Reikman for close to a year at a facility I won't mention, he ended leaving and I lost him HOWEVER I found him again and I'm ecstatic that I did.... Love them they are #1 in telehealth care!!

I can't even begin to say how amazing they are. One of my issues is that I'm horrible at making appointments, because I hate calling places. I absolutely love that I can text in any issues. Laiba is actually such an asset, I have never met a providers assistant who was so amazing at following up. She makes sure that I am happy with my appointment right after, and follows up to ensure that I was able to fill my meds with our any issues. I highly recommend SdKare to anyone who needs help. Also my provider made me feel so at ease. She looked at me like a person,not a disease or condition. Thank you SdKare!!

I have been in search of a Dr that would LISTEN to my issues! I called, had my appt in less than an hour later!!! Customer service was TOP TEIR!! Friendly, helpful!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ P.S. My personal experience with SDKare was exceptional. Right off the bat, the receptionist was very helpful and quick in her responses to me. She even communicated to me via text (which is my preferred method since I work from home and am usually on calls. The Physician’s compassion and caring nature came through clearly. He has an excellent bedside manner, and took the time to listen to me. His evaluation was thorough, and I never felt rushed. Even after the appointment was complete, when I corresponded with them over SMS, the receptionist responded promptly with any follow-up questions I had. I truly believe in the service that telehealth can provide, especially for those who have disorders that limit the ability to come into an office in person. I highly recommend SDKare for anyone looking for quality care from the comfort of their home. Thank you SDKare!
