Excellent service from initial purchase to installation. Dealt with any queries around purchase and delivery efficiently. Engineer arrived on time and was courteous and respectful and offered good on advice on the initial setting up of the hot tub.

Hot tub experience
We went to the showroom at Scunthorpe with a specific hot tub in mind.
We were shown the hot tub in question by Peter who was not pushy,very patiently answered all our questions and gave us some very useful tips.
The hot tub was booked in for November 12th and Jamie kept us informed on times and worked really hard unassisted to get the job done and fully briefed us on how the hot tub works and also the care and maintenance of it.
Unfortunately the steps had to be changed and Mido turned up at a later date to change them over and put some clips on the side of the tub with his assistant in the dark who were both very pleasant and polite.
Very impressed all round and would definitely recommend.

Went for a look and purchased one
We purchased our first hot tub from Scunthorpe hot tubs and would highly recommend them.
A brilliant selection of tubs to not only look at but try out (dry tests) to see which one was right for us. So glad we did as all of them had different sitting/lounging arrangements and leg room.
Dominic (salesman) was excellent, spent time with us, gave excellent advise, could answee every question we had. At no time did we feel pressured to buy, that we were wasting his time with our questions (of which i had many), and all done with a smile. We came away with the perfect hot tub and a heat source pump too
On delivery day, the two guys fitting the tub were excellent, explained in detail, from how to use tub/pumps controls, to how to test and sort chemical levels. Once up and running, we got a call from the sevice team just to make sure we were happy, getting the most from our tub, and letting us know they are there if we need help
All in all, a fanastic experience from start to finsh

From the service in the showroom last year , purchase, installation and first service last week . Scunthorpe Hot tubs have proved to be a 5 star company .
Our hot tub has a lot of use and a pleasure to have for all the family.
Everyone at the company have been pleasant and sorted out queues easily
I would definitely recommend a hot tub purchase and follow up care from Scunthorpe Hot Tubs!

We love our hot tub!
This is the second hot tub we have had from Scunthorpe hot tubs, due to moving house. Both times, the sales and after sales team were happy and eager to help. The delivery was quick and communication regarding this was good. The installation was quick and easy for us and this is one of the reasons we ordered from the company a second time. Overall, the service was great and we love our hot tub!

Amazing experience
Well what can I say ? Amazing experience from start to finish. Guys from company were great, esp Sean whose customer service skills were top notch. Nothing was too much for him and his genuine interest in me as a customer was fantastic . Was kept informed right up to the delivery of my louisiana premium hot tub which the 3 delivery guys were amazing, again nothing was too much for them . Hot tub fitted perfect under gazebo and cant wait to get in . Would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to purchase a tub. There range and prices won't be beaten and the extras you received were a bonus . Thanks again guys xx

It's the extra steps that you notice
So we ordered a hottub in August for October delivery unfortunately there were some issues with the install. The tub was dropped off but did not work on install. As it was late on a Sunday no way to get hold of showroom. However one call in the next day and they could not be more helpful very apologetic and as couldn't get own engineers out quick enough Declan arranged a local engineer to us to visit. Will came out fixed tub and did full install. Showed us how to use all the chemicals Declan followed up and even sent us a little gift for the extra trouble. It's how people deal with these small issues that really make a difference. Great service
