We have just this week taken delivery of our Hot Tub. After much research, Scunthorpe Hot Tubs were undoubtedly the best price available. The product is great quality. The delivery and installation team were super helpful and professional. The after service customer care is exceptional. I would highly recommend Scunthorpe Hot Tubs and this company to prospective customers.

Great place to shop for hot tubs
Just ordered out hot tub from Scunthorpe Hot Tubs. We were helped by Peter who was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision. The price we paid was better than anywhere else we found. We are very happy with how we were hosted. Peter is a credit to the company and convinced us to buy the hot tub there and then.

Thermals ocean+heat pump
We had our tub almost 2 weeks now and after a near 12 week wait its absolutely worth the wait. Delivery was perfect the 2 boys were an absolute pleasure after travelling 10 hours just to get to here (north east scotland) its very much appreciated, walked round the tub and shown how it all worked with heat pump also. The heat pump needs a whole new review itself we are blown away with how little it costs to run our tub and from filling to heating up our tub total of 4 ours! Thanks so much!

Excellent service, fantastic product.
From start to finish, the service receive from Scunthorpe Hot Tubs has been nothing short of exceptional. Making my purchase online (rather than from visiting the show room), I was pretty nervous, but the staff (via Facebook messenger) really put me at ease. They helped me through every step of the process, and were more than happy to answer every question I had, often late at night when I would have random worries about various things. The aftercare has also been excellent. I'd like, also, to give a should out to the installation team, who were very friendly, efficient and professional. They have a great explanation as to how our hot tub works, and how best to get a good life out of it. I'd definitely recommend this company to friends, family, and to anyone reading this message :)

Brilliant service from choice of hot tub in showroom to delivery, nothing to much trouble with updates on order delivery, when hot tub arrived the installation was perfect and nothing to much trouble even though it was raining heavily everything was put together and full explanation on hot tub controls, great service thank you

Excellent service from start to finish! Contacted through messenger and spoke with Declan with loads of questions who couldn’t help enough. We hadn’t much room but wanted the biggest hot tub we could get away with so this was sorted out for us. The two guys who delivered and installed tub late one night were brilliant. Yes I was told when they got out of their van “it’s going be tight getting tub in lol” but they sorted it without any problems. Slight issue with the heat pump not having enough room but this was quickly sorted with Declan. Can’t recommend this company enough. Thanks guys!

From visiting the showroom to delivery we have had an excellent experience.
From visiting the showroom to delivery we have had an excellent experience. Never having owned a hot tub before we decided to visit the show room. What a great experience, no hard sell allowed to roam and eventually the sales person advised us to try the hot tubs, so shoes off and in we got (obviously the empty ones). When we got home after discussion we telephoned and placed our order, easy as that order placed 7th July, delivery date 3rd August. Checked delivery access and sent some measurements and photos and was advised the 90cm gap at the side of the house would be good for delivery. Day of delivery received a text advising deliver time of between 11.30 - 12.30. The guys and tub arrived at 11.25. Installation was quick and straight forward as we have a plug and go tub. the most time was spent waiting for the tub to fill. Once done a very clear walk through of the controls and settings, how and when to change filter, water, add chemicals and test the water. Also given some great tips on how to manage the tub economically to optimise best use. the guys (sorry forgotten your names) tidied up after delivery and left everything good to go. I am amazed at how efficient the whole operation was and thank you. We have had the tub a week now and used it every evening so far. Sorry i've not added any photos, ill add them later

Excellent service from Declan
I ordered a hottub lid and was told it would take 8 -12 weeks. I accepted these terms and was grateful that this company was honest about the timescale. I contacted for an update and Declan was very keen to help, he kept in touch and I will be receiving my lid in the next week or so. Thank you Declan.

Problem solved
Just an update on the review I added last night. We had contact from the manager who to be totally honest was really apologetic. He said that they would be at out house early morning to deliver etc. He was true to his word. The lads were lovely apologised and we are really happy with the tub. There's a few things that need sorting but they are coming out Thursday to replace. The manager has also been back on to us, which means alot. So from I star to 5 today as they were very respondent to the situation.

Hot Tub delivered on time to coincide with crane setup. Installation guys did amazing job in pouring rain to get it up and running and walk me through the operation and maintenance. Amazing all round service. Amazing hot tub.
