Great hot tub From the beginning of looking at a new hot tub to the questions we had on the products and different types to the final delivery and installation the process was easy and straightforward. Great hot tub at a fantastic price. So far we have enjoyed using it and relaxing after work or longer at weekends. Would recommend Scunthorpe hot tubs to all of my friends and family,

Escape hot tub Ordered the Escape tub and was impressed with the communication regarding delivery. Paul was the engineer who was in charge of the installation and he was very friendly and helpful with the whole set-up. We've had the tub a week now and we ( and especially the grand kids!!) are extremely happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend

Best decision I’ve made Visited Scunthorpe megastore as the deals offered looked too good to be true , salesman was informative bet definitely not pushy , left us to look and answered all our questions when we approached him , we bought a Cassiopeia with a heat pump, arrived as planned, installed by ste with absolutely no hassles , I have osteoarthritis and was hoping the tub would help with pain ,, genuinely amazed at the results , an hour in tub just relaxing on first day and pain just melted away , slept better that night than god knows when !!! Horrendous just been in trying to buy. Poor guy on the floor was totally tied up so went to see if anybody else about, got bad attitude when I asked and then totally ignored - waited and got a sarky remark as we finally left. Sorry guys that would have been the easiest sale you have ever had. Won't be back and would recommend nobody else bothers.

Brilliant service! Excellent service, was fully informed how long delivery would be and had a call the morning of delivery with a 2 hour time slot. Dan who delivered to us was amazing, he took the time to talk us through everything from the set up to top tips and what accessories are good to buy. Would definitely recommend.

Hot Tub Removal Great overall service sold my hot tub for a reasonable amount. Was collected by Paul and Mido nice fellas payment made in full before they even touched it which I appreciated. Was a little late in the day but I also appreciate that it’s not the kind of job that can always run smoothly with traffic also to consider so be patient they will come and remove quicker than you think my hot tub was out the garden in under 10 minutes 😄

Brilliant delivery and installation Great price, slightly cautious when paying as wanted bank transfer but was all above board. Delivery was fab, Paul and his helper did a great job of negotiating the tight access, super quick set up and came back a bit later to check everything was up and running properly. Thanks again

Can relax idly and listen to sounds through the speakers, or, gentle hydro therapy work out with plenty of room. Communication from first to last was responsive and helpful. Harry delivered and installed the spa and nothing was too much trouble for him. His professionalism was impressive. Thank you to all the team!

A fantastic product from a super professional company! Scunthorpe Hot tub as a company have really got their customer service right. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, attention to my requirements and attention to detail regarding installation and delivery was faultless. They gave me a sense of confidence right from the start. The product is absolutely amazing, excellent quality and finish and added wifi functions really useful, moodlights, non slip steps to the great net to catch any leaves or debris. Really cannot fault anything and the brilliant delivery guys took our old one away. Seamless service from ordering to installation, I can't thank you all enough.

I am in East Scotland , I was happy with that , I received a phone call 1week later from Taj to see if I could accept delivery on the 17th , very happy me said yes . I was kept up to date by Myles and his assistant right to them arriving at my home , they had it set up and running in no time and everything explained very clearly by Myles , I am absolutely over the moon with my Adonis SE and would recommend Scunthorpe Hot Tubs 100% + Thank you all
