We had such a great experience today! My 12-year old daughter (Leilani) needed three cavities filled, and I was honestly a bit nervous about how she would handle it but the entire team made it so much easier than expected. The dentist was incredibly patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that helped my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. You can really tell they care about their patients, especially kids. The dental assistant was just as amazing, kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She checked in often, made sure my daughter was doing okay, and helped keep her calm from start to finish. Thanks to both of them, what could have been a stressful visit turned into a positive experience. My daughter left feeling proud and not afraid to come back, which says everything. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend!

This provider now requires you to provide a social security number even though they don’t need this with insurance coverage. This practice is unsafe and is at a detriment to you as a customer. Think how many breaches there are annually. One more place that has your data is bad news. You shouldn’t have to give this when they don’t need it. Office manager was rude when letting them know we didn’t feel comfortable with this new policy and said the owner didn’t take administrative calls and we would need to setup an in-person consultation to give any feedback. If we didn’t want to give them the SSN, we would need to move to a cash payment then try to get money from insurance ourself. They told us that too many people were getting declined with insurance and this was their answer. They told us that all places did this which is a lie. After almost a decade with this practice, moved someplace else when they put this policy in. Found a new practice immediately who agreed that this was not required and were fine with ensuring we were comfortable.

We’ve come here regularly for the past 9 years and love the care we get. Today was no different. My daughter chipped a big part of her tooth and they were able to get us in and taken care of at the end of the work day. Amazing, amazing care.

The dentists and orthodontist at Scuba Smiles are so great in every way, as are the support staff. I’ve been taking my kids there for 10+ years and the care has been exceptional and every experience with the office has been positive. I’m going to be sad when we have to leave them in a few years when my kids age out of the practice. Can’t say enough good things about Scuba Smiles.

I love the staff and the Dr's here. They made my daughter's experience enjoyable after she was scared and nervous. They were very patient and explained everything in detail so she wasn't scared anymore. 10 out of 10!

The nurses and doctor are always super nice. My son gets nervous having to go see the dentist, but they always help him feel comfortable and by the time they're done he's feeling great and excited to be a part of the "no cavity club", and super excited to get a token.
