We are very lucky to have found Henry as he guided us through the process and turned a home nightmare into an almost pain-free experience. His team was very professional, easy to communicate with, and got the job done promptly and most importantly correctly. Mold and water damage requires a team with expert knowledge in this area and I highly recommend Spotless for this!
We hired Spotless after the heavy rains in Jan 2023 when the planter outside our home leaked water into our kitchen causing so much damage we had to rebuild. Also during the rains our roof leaked into both our bedrooms and stairwell causing massive water damage and mold.
Spotless came in, found all the various water damage leaks and mold and remediated it. It wasn't an easy job. We had water coming in from a lot of surprising places and mold from the the rain damage but also problems we weren't even aware of in our home. Without them we would still be having water and mold issues so I am very grateful we chose them and not another service.

We are still in the process of water damage mitigation and rebuilding, I can confidently say I'm putting my trust in good hands with what I've seen so far from Henry and his team. They have done all the necessary steps without me asking, checking for mold, Asbestos,etc.
It already sucks that this is happening during the holidays but Henry and his team have walked us through the process at each step allowing us to keep stress to a minimum. I hope it doesn't happen, but if you are in need of mitigation and or restoration services, look no further than Spotless

Had some water damage in the corner of our room and they took the damaged carpet, tack strips, and anything else that had mold on it and disposed of it. They also used some spray to kill all the mold that was left by the water damage. All in all great work and friendly workers.
