I can’t say enough good things about this dentist office! Everyone you interact with is kind and personable. My hygienist, Jessica, was the best I’ve ever had! She was very attentive and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. Dr. Scruggs was great— very nice and cares about the details. Can’t wait to return.
They’re amazing!! I went to another dentist earlier the same day that said I’d need a crown for the tooth I cracked. It wasn’t until after their exam that they told me they didn’t take my specific plan for insurance. So I left there and called Scruggs who got me in the same day. Dr. Rae saw me and said that it only needed a filling, not a whole crown which literally saved me THOUSANDS. I was in and out in less than an hour. Couldn’t be more grateful! I’ll definitely be switching over to them!
Oh and the filling is flawless. Can’t even tell it’s not my tooth!
Office did a crown that broke 13 months later. Was told they only have a year warranty and was SOL. Have multiple crowns, implants, and other dental work done and never had an issue like this. The staff is great but standing behind your work is just as important!

The staff or team, whatever you call employees, they all are just a close knit family. They all have friendliness, compassion, warmth, consideration, and makes each person that needs dental work completed so much better which makes everyone feel at ease. Either the dental work or help with billing. Everyone helps one another as one!!! You are visiting family instead of just going to a regular dentist office and dentist. I see Dr. Jeff, the first time, he automatically has you feeling very comfortable. Only bad thing, you both do not have too much time to talk while he is working in your mouth. LOL! It is just a wonderfuul place to visit while you have your dental work taking care of!!!
