We had an amazing time on the Learn How to Groom Your Dog course. Sarah and Tracy are lovely and brilliant groomers. We’d never been to Scruffs before but our dog has always been terrified of the groomers. After about 30 minutes here though, she totally chilled out thanks to Sarah and Tracy’s lovely welcome, the treats supplied and the structure of the day, which really helped our dog relax and learn that the groomers isn’t so scary. If we are ever taking her to a groomer in future (which we might not need to after this course, which was great!), we’d definitely bring her here over anywhere else even though it’s far from us. Thank you both for a fab day!

The only groomers my dog has happily walked into without me having to carry her. I cannot recommend these ladies enough, they are very warm and welcoming. Both my dogs have consistently great hair cuts and seem so happy to be left here. Have been using Scruffs for a couple of years now and am very grateful for all their hard work 🐶🐾

I recently attended the "Learn to Groom Your Own Dog" day, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested! Tracey and Sarah were incredibly knowledgeable, sharing a wealth of tips and tricks that made a real difference. Whether you're looking to groom your dog yourself or just want to find a skilled grooming team, I can't recommend Scruffs enough. Plus, the café next door is perfect for relaxing or getting some work done while you wait!

They made my puppy's first groom so easy and relaxed, answering all of my silly questions and making sure my pup felt comfortable. They took the time to do an intitial consultation and then gradually introduced my pup to a full groom. I've never seen a Dog so excited to go back to the groomers!

Attended for groom your dog session. Tracey and Sarah were very professional and friendly. I learned alot and both my dogs enjoyed their experience too. Also had emmi.pet tooth brush tuition which was very good and jnformative.I would definitely recommend the course and Tracey and Sarah.

First time visit, such a warm and friendly welcome and so much thought/care into making doggy clients feel at ease. My dog had the best groom she’s ever had and she’s looking forward to retuning to see Tracy again soon for more fuss and treats 🐶😁

My friend and I done a one to one groom your own dog day.
Highly recommended, Tracey and Sarah are such lovely ladies and know their stuff.
They made us very welcome and went over and beyond to make the day fantastic!
Lunch coffee biscuits and a great goodie bag. !!
Loved learning from the ladies we had such a fun day. Taking photos and knowing what was the best to do for my pet.

Did the day grooming course.. Oh my what a great day I had.. learnt so much & Tracey my mentor was brilliant the way she explained everything. I don’t know where the day went as it was fun packed with so much useful information. Came away feeling confident & knowing I’ve got back up anytime I need it. Did the Emmi teeth cleaning with Sarah & again learnt so much that I feel confident cleaning my dogs teeth now.
You really won’t regret doing this days course. Well done Tracey & Sarah you both nailed the day xx 🐶🐾🐾♥️

I attended a 1:1 Dog grooming course with Sarah & Tracey and can honestly say how brilliant it was. Both ladies helped show me how to, wash her correctly, dry and brush her. Then a complete foot to tail cut using both clippers and scissors with tips and techniques. I now feel confident to groom my own dog and keep her clean. I would highly recommend the 1:1 course. It was a whole day, which included lunch and plenty of treats and tea breaks for both owner and dog! I also did an additional teeth cleaning course which is invaluble in my humble opinion. Thank you Tracey & Sarah, so worthwhile.

Booked a 121 grooming day, as we hadn’t been before we went in for a quick consultation where we were quickly put at ease. The grooming day was excellent we were not rushed and went at my pace. Azrael hasn’t had many grooms, so I thought it might be a bit challenging but he was as good as gold. I learnt lots of new skills and I’m sure I came out with a different dog🤣
Would highly recommend the grooming day!

When I’ve taken Bonzo to be groomed over the past few years with different groomers, Bonzo always been very nervous, and on return visits he knows where he’s going and he tries to pull away, but at Scruffs, they paid a lot of attention to him on his first visit and he was awarded with some treats, now, when I take him back he can not wait to get in to see Tracey and Sarah.
Excellent service and lovely people to deal with.

Our dog Winnie has been groomed by the team twice to be groomed (most recently today) while she stays with her grandma and both times she has smelt amazing and stayed clean for weeks!
She absolutely loves the care and attention she gets at the salon and particularly rates the bath spa treatment which is much better than her usual wash (pictured 😂)
Thanks so much for pampering our cuddly pooch, we can’t wait to come back!

My little pooch Mila had 5 sessions at Scruffs with Sarah to clean her teeth with an ultrasonic toothbrush. From start to finish the service was amazing! I knew exactly what was being provided and the results have been even better than I thought! The care and attention Mila got for each visit was lovely to see- the dogs are Scruffs number one priority!

Wow, what a great day, we learnt so much and now have much more confidence to groom our Jacapoo, she was so calm (except she wasn’t keen on the hairdryer, but after a short break, she was fine, and she looks so good, recommend scruffs both for their grooming and for their learn to groom your own dog course.

My dog can be a bit nervous when being groomed but Sarah and Tracey took the time to make her feel comfortable and loved. When I returned to collect my dog, she was happy and relaxed, looked and smelled amazing.
