I attended a 1:1 Dog grooming course with Sarah & Tracey and can honestly say how brilliant it was. Both ladies helped show me how to, wash her correctly, dry and brush her. Then a complete foot to tail cut using both clippers and scissors with tips and techniques. I now feel confident to groom my own dog and keep her clean. I would highly recommend the 1:1 course. It was a whole day, which included lunch and plenty of treats and tea breaks for both owner and dog! I also did an additional teeth cleaning course which is invaluble in my humble opinion. Thank you Tracey & Sarah, so worthwhile.

Booked a 121 grooming day, as we hadn’t been before we went in for a quick consultation where we were quickly put at ease. The grooming day was excellent we were not rushed and went at my pace. Azrael hasn’t had many grooms, so I thought it might be a bit challenging but he was as good as gold. I learnt lots of new skills and I’m sure I came out with a different dog🤣
Would highly recommend the grooming day!

When I’ve taken Bonzo to be groomed over the past few years with different groomers, Bonzo always been very nervous, and on return visits he knows where he’s going and he tries to pull away, but at Scruffs, they paid a lot of attention to him on his first visit and he was awarded with some treats, now, when I take him back he can not wait to get in to see Tracey and Sarah.
Excellent service and lovely people to deal with.

Our dog Winnie has been groomed by the team twice to be groomed (most recently today) while she stays with her grandma and both times she has smelt amazing and stayed clean for weeks!
She absolutely loves the care and attention she gets at the salon and particularly rates the bath spa treatment which is much better than her usual wash (pictured 😂)
Thanks so much for pampering our cuddly pooch, we can’t wait to come back!

My little pooch Mila had 5 sessions at Scruffs with Sarah to clean her teeth with an ultrasonic toothbrush. From start to finish the service was amazing! I knew exactly what was being provided and the results have been even better than I thought! The care and attention Mila got for each visit was lovely to see- the dogs are Scruffs number one priority!

I attended a Groom your own dog day at scruffs, which was such a fantastic thing to do. I learnt so much and will treasure the memories of that day forever. I can fully recommend this service. If you are thinking of doing it, don't hesitate! Both ladies are so kind and caring and Bruno always looks forward to his hair cuts with them. Well done ladies, and thank you from us both. Xx

Wow, what a great day, we learnt so much and now have much more confidence to groom our Jacapoo, she was so calm (except she wasn’t keen on the hairdryer, but after a short break, she was fine, and she looks so good, recommend scruffs both for their grooming and for their learn to groom your own dog course.

My dog can be a bit nervous when being groomed but Sarah and Tracey took the time to make her feel comfortable and loved. When I returned to collect my dog, she was happy and relaxed, looked and smelled amazing.

Thank you Zoe for leaving us such a lovely review. Lucy responded well to cuddles and playtime before we started her pamper session. She had a couple of breaks during the groom for more love and playtime and by the end of her pamper session was totally relaxed and was enjoying all the attention! Over the last three weeks our Golden Doodle 'Oakley' has been for his puppy pamper sessions to settle him before his first full groom today. I can't speak highly enough about the care and commitment both Sarah and Tracey have given to Oakley. He has enjoyed all his sessions, racing to the front door every time we arrive! It was my old girl’s first ‘professional’ groom after multiple surgeries and new medication which meant that her coat had become wild and unmanageable.
Thank you so much for looking after her and making her so comfortable that she thoroughly enjoyed her visit.

The love, care and attention is exactly what you hope to find at at a groomers. It was my dog’s first groom and they did everything they could to make sure that he was relaxed and comfortable, both on the day and at the free pre-groom consultation. They couldn’t have done more to reassure me, including keeping me update during the groom, and it was great to feel that he was in safe hands. I felt like this was a place that loves dogs, run by people who love their job. And the end result was superb. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Tracey and Sarah are very friendly, calm and patient. I have 2 dogs and they did a really great job with both. They knew exactly what how we wanted them groomed. I love their set up there as it is spotless and spacious. Both dogs were relaxed and calm when I picked them up. Many thanks and see you again in a few weeks!

My boy was very anxious going into the previous groomers, they weren’t available so went to scruffs as the had a slot and when I returned I almost thought the he was engaged to Sarah giving how much they loved each other, definitely worth it.

We love Scruffs! Tracy & Sarah are just so lovely with our pup Murphy. He has been for a puppy package and he has the best time when he is there. The site is really secure and extra care is taken to ensure doors are shut & locked etc for safety so you don’t worry when leaving your precious pooch there.
I have booked Murphy in for his next session after our package has finished and will continue to take him to Scruffs. Thank you ladies for a wonderful introduction for Murphy into Grooming. :)
