First time here won’t be the last! Food was amazing, I could drink a gallon of the ranch and the service was above and beyond!!! Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly engaged. Braxton was incredible through the entire visit and Laura, and David were friendly, and helpful. I will be back, I will tell my friends and I WILL dream about the ranch.

Great burgers and the onion rings were awesome. Plenty of room even for larger parties. Order at the counter and food is delivered to the table. Food cake out quick and was fresh.
Lunch: $65.75 for 2 burgers with cardiac fries and 2 drinks (iced tea).... What is happening in the restaurant industry that the prices are this insane??? It's a BURGER not a steak!!!
I've seen this place around for a while and never had a chance to stop in and boy I wish I stopped in sooner. I had the chicken tenders and they were real thick juicy pieces of meat. They had a great underlying flavor and were very crispy too. Their homemade buttermilk sauce tasted wonderful along with it. My husband had the hamburger and french fries and that didn't disappoint either. We thought it was so great that we're bringing home our son home some food to try.

You admit you got paid. So refund my money. Give me a credit.
We certainly didn't get any food.

When our daughter got an alert for the order, she canceled it, thinking someone had hacked her account.
We reordered. Scotty P's charged us for the canceled order, saying they'd already started. Well, if you've already started, and you've charged us... DELIVER THE ORDER.
So we were billed, lost a coupon and didn't get the food that they "say" they started.

We had such a great meal today. Braxton helped us the entire time and was absolutely amazing! Literally didn't even have to ask for help, the man read our minds before we even realized what we needed.

Ordered 90 dollars worth of food here and my chicken sandwich only had half a chicken patty in it. When letting the staff and manager, Braxton, there was no kind of apology just a simple "there was chicken in there, every chicken sandwich comes with 6ozs of chicken"
Literally half of my sandwich had nothing but cheese lettuce and tomato. We weren't even asking for anything in return, just trying to let them know and the way they responded was poor in customer service to say the least. Especially when spening over 90 at the establishment. Then when asking for the names of the employees spoken with Braxton got very defensive and asked why I wanted the names. Clearly, to write a review and/or to call and a higher manager. Again, handling the situation as defensive instead of trying to offer an apology or anything to fix the obvious mistake they had made.
