11/11/25 Because now I have the EVIDENCE in my hands, I can amend this review to say that Scott Kalish is utterly incompetent. If you attempt to sue me for posting this review for general public to know, I will meet you with counter claim and evidence of fraud upon the Court. You are aware of your misconduct because it is documented in your email to the Court, and after extensive research, I have the proof to substantiate it. This is not slander; it is the truth. Evidence shows due process issues in my case; this is a warning to potential clients on how Kalish carries out his business. 09/04/25: Scott Kalish is an attorney who embodies everything people despise about the legal profession: slick talk, hollow bravado, and a habit of folding under real pressure. He postures like a fighter but disappears when it’s time to stand tall. My experience showed me a lawyer who feeds off manipulation, pandering to the lowest behavior, and leaving truth and courage behind. If you want someone who will sell his credibility to the highest bidder, he’s your man. Just look at the number of 5-star reviews from unverified accounts. As I review the case files, I uncovered an email chain between you and attorney Battista concerning the December 20, 2021 hearing. You later filed this very correspondence as evidence and swore under oath that your statements were true. However, the record now shows those sworn statements were materially false. That constitutes perjury and a fraud upon the court.
My next step is to file a formal complaint with the Florida Bar and pursue every available avenue to hold you fully accountable for your actions.
But first, I will leave a review for you to warn others about your deceptive practices. Try to block this review, I will upload file with your lies for everyone to see.

High highly highly recommend! They are amazing people and very good at what they do. Very fair with everything pricing wise. Very helpful with concerns and honest as well. I was able to get my daughter back with me majority time so I was finally able to enroll her in school. They did it in fantastic fashion and were able to help me get her back in under a year. Now I know everyone’s situation is not the same, so I know results may vary. But they worked very hard to get the best end result possible. I can’t thank them enough for making it possible.
