They couldn't fix my scooter because there wasn't any parts online but they showed me exactly how to fix it if I ever find the parts. Highly recommend! Edit: 2 years later, good company got absorbed into a terrible company. Tried reaching out to them for support and received nothing.

Send me the ticket number so I can look into your case. But if the manufacturer doesn't exist or doesn't have the parts, there's not much we can do. We can only repair.
