Most outrageous experience I’ve ever experienced with the business owner, Tim. I called him on March 30th to request a monthly cleanup as offered on their website. Then randomly got this invoice and charge on my credit card of $50. I called the owner to further understand what was going on, And he said he saw I wasn’t charged for three weeks so he went ahead and charge me….. After fully telling me he would change me to monthly. While on the phone with him, he continued to argue with me and said we never spoke on the phone. I had to make him check his call logs to finally confirm. Then, I asked how can you charge someone if no one came out here to perform a service. He then said it was the employee’s fault, and he would be taking the money out of their paycheck. I will not be doing business with a person like this. Arguing with a grown man who doesn’t know which way is up. Outrageous. I will be taking my business elsewhere. (Please see photos confirming proof we did speak, proof of his monthly option online, and proof that he randomly charged me $50 dollars after charging me for a week.)
Edit: they also broke my gate, which I honestly should be sending them an invoice for…

Howdy. I am sorry you feel that way. Did you click on the monthly price? if you did, you would have saw the price was $0.00 because we do not offer monthly scooping service. The monthly option is only there for add on services like odor control and patio rinsing and disinfecting. I told you that over the phone, however I am assuming that concept was hard for you to grasp. As for the large invoice, we had not been there for a month, so there was a month of waste to get picked up. Therefore the price would have been more than the weekly cost. You were trying to get monthly service at the once a week price which assumes there is only 1 week of waste to pick up. If you cant afford $14.99 a week, you didn't have to sign up for service. As I said before, I wish you the best.
My luck keeps changing and I recently broke my back. When I call Scoop Masters they never let me down. Too boot our cleaner leaves out treats at the end of a cleanup which never ceases to please my hound dogs! They LOVE him!

We’ve used Scoop Masters for a couple of years now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I had to pause service for a while after my husband’s stroke, but since getting our dog Ruby back, I started up with them again—and they’re just as wonderful as I remembered.
They are reliable, do a great job every time, and even leave treats for Ruby, which is such a thoughtful touch. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which makes the service an easy decision for us.

I highly recommend Scoop Masters. They are detailed, efficient and have excellent customer service. They always let you know when they are on the way and leave a photo showing that your property is secure when they are done. In addition to keeping my yard clean, they are saving my grass. I wish I had started using this service sooner.

I love Scoop Masters! They have been so accommodating, communicative, and thorough in our weekly clean ups. My wife and I have extremely busy schedules with work and this is such an easy thing off our checklist that is well worth the weekly payment. 10/10 will continue to use as long as we have dog(s).
