Hálásan köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk értékelését, és hogy bennünket választott pihenése helyszínéül! 😊 Igazán örömteli számunkra, hogy minden területen maximális pontszámmal jutalmazta szobáinkat, szolgáltatásainkat és elhelyezkedésünket is. Szállodánk egyik legnagyobb előnye valóban a nyugodt, csendes környezet és a belvárosi elhelyezkedés egyedi kombinációja – örülünk, hogy ezt Ön is értékelte. 🏙️🌿 Az is külön öröm számunkra, hogy a gyerekbarát jellegünket kiemelte, még akkor is, ha most egyedül utazott – számunkra minden vendég, kicsik és nagyok egyaránt fontosak! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Bízunk benne, hogy a jövőben ismét vendégeink között üdvözölhetjük! Good location, modern style, nice service (including the acceptable breakfast). Single-room was a bit small, just on the edge of being uncomfortable. The hotel offered one-size bigger room for extra fee. Altogether the experience was OK.

Nagyra értékelem, hogy kiemelte szállodánk kedvező elhelyezkedését, modern stílusát és a személyzet udvariasságát – ezek mind olyan területek, amelyekre különösen büszke vagyok. 😊 Ugyanakkor sajnálom, hogy az egyágyas szoba mérete a komfortérzet határát súrolta. Egyágyas szobáink kialakításánál igyekszünk a praktikum és a funkcionalitás jegyében tervezni, de teljesen érthető, ha Önnek kényelmesebb lett volna egy tágasabb tér. Örülök, hogy a lehetőséget felajánlottam egy nagyobb szobára való váltásra, és bízom benne, hogy ez segített a kellemesebb élmény megteremtésében. A reggelinkkel kapcsolatos észrevételét is köszönöm – folyamatosan dolgozunk rajta, hogy ne csak elfogadható, hanem kifejezetten emlékezetes legyen minden vendég számára. Remélem, hogy ha a jövőben ismét Szegedre látogat, újra vendégül láthatom Önt, és akkor már minden szempontból tökéletes élményben lehet része nálunk. Sobe se osecaju na vlagu i nisu čiste, sef u sobi pokvaren, lampe ne rade...Osoblje neprofesionalno i ne prdrzavaju se dogovora, a pritom su sve naplatili.

I am truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you encountered multiple issues during your time with us. The problems you mentioned — such as the musty smell, cleanliness concerns, a malfunctioning safe, and lamps not working — are absolutely not in line with the standards we aim to uphold at Science Hotel. I take your comments very seriously and have already forwarded them to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate investigation and correction. I also sincerely regret that you found our staff to be unprofessional and not honoring previous agreements. This is especially disappointing to hear, and I take full responsibility. I will personally review the communication in your case to ensure that such issues are addressed and do not occur again. We also strive to provide clear and transparent information about all services and related charges, and I apologize if there was any misunderstanding in this regard. Although this experience was disappointing, I do hope that we will have the opportunity in the future to provide you with a much better and more pleasant stay that truly reflects the quality we are known for. ☺Tolles Frühstücke ☹Wir hatten innerhalb einer Nacht 3 (!) Feueralarme. Es waren nur Fehlalarme aber beim letzte hatte es lange gedauert, bis das Personal den Alarm abstellen konnte, kein guter Start in den Morgen. Hoffentlich wird der Alarm nun ordentlich gewartet. Sehr teurer Parkplatz. War auf booking.com nicht ersichtlich. Wir hätten die Unterkunft nicht gebucht, wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass der Parkplatz so teuer ist ~ 20€ pro Nacht!

☺Уютно хотелче ,изключително удобни легла ,вкусна и разнообразна закуска ,която си заслужава цената .Има опция за подземен паркинг ,който се заплаща допълнително .Перфектния избор за една нощувка по време на пътя.

Sehr gutes modernes Hotel im Zentrum ohne übermäßige Lärmbelästigung. Jederzeit wieder. ☺Modernes Hotel, sehr gute Ausstattung und gutes Design von Zimmer und Hotel. Personal top. Lage im Zentrum nicht weit vom Dom. Tiefgarage vorhanden! Szeged ist eine lebendige Stadt mit Atmosphäre und angenehmen Publikum. Hotel auch gut für Übernachtung im Transit, da Autobahn nur 6 km entfernt. ☹Teppichboden im Zimmer. Sonst alles top.

Disappointing ☺ Location Is good,thats only positive thing. ☹ The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. There are no facilities in the hotel, the parking lot is small and narrow. The hotel does not seem clean. The rooms are small, in our room the window did not work properly, it was, practically, half open. After complaining at the reception, no one came to try to fix it. The staff does not seem too interested in the work. I do not recommend it, we will not stay there again.

☺Spațiu curat, căldură și facilități ok ☹Am ajuns la cazare cu circa o oră, o oră jumătate înainte de ora 14, oră la care puteam primi camerele. Deși aveam check-in ul făcut online deja, nu ni s-a predat nici măcar una din cele 3 camere pe care le-am rezervat. Astfel ca am preluat camerele abia în jurul orei 19.

☹Protivpozarni alarm koji se palio non stop i nismo mogli da se odmorimo i naspavamo, a zbog toga smo i dosli, niko nista nije uradio povodom toga, a zvuk je bio uzasan.
