I had an incredibly positive experience at Schaeffer Auto Body. After discovering rusty water dripping onto my hood in a parking garage, I called and spoke with Kelly, who was exceptionally helpful and candid. When I stopped in for a quote, she walked me through my options and the possible scenarios. I expected to leave with an estimate, but an hour later, I drove away with my car buffed back to normal.
I was impressed by the quality of the work, the speed of the service (although I was fortunate that my timing happened to align with their availability), Kelly’s knowledge, and the very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Very nice and professional. I had some scuffs on my new car, I made an appointment and was out in less than 30 min. Excellent job!

The staff was great to work with. From getting an estimate all the way through getting my car back. The work was done very well and in a timely manner.

The only place I'd take my vehicle. Quick, clean, and they don't let insurance short you when they evaluate. Very trustworthy people who will treat you well

The team at Schaeffer is outstanding. They repaired my car a day earlier than anticipated & she looks good as new. The partnership they have with enterprise made everything so much easier & convenient & the rental was affordable. Highly satisfied. Highly recommend!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at this body shop and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Theresa was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain the repair process clearly and kept me updated throughout.
The quality of the work was excellent. My car looks as good as new, and everything was completed in a timely manner. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers.
I brought my work van in because the rear door wasn't closing. The mechanic tighten a couple bolts on the latch, and made a few adjustments. I was on the road in minutes. Thank you so much !

They sent me a message that my car is ready for pick up. When I arrived, the first thing they made me do is signing the documents, THEN the employee informed me that actually one part is still missing and I will have to come back next week. Then I noticed that the color of some the new parts don't match the original and their employee LIED to me that what I had was not original and if I seach my car with the vin number, I will see that their color is correct. I searched and I have a proof that they were lying to my face. Today I called to ask to resolve this situation, and the manager refused to talk with me. Promised to call me tomorrow. Well, let's wait and see...

Very good experience with Schaeffer Auto Body. Due to the circumstances of the damage to my car, I needed a very accurate estimate which Schaeffer understood and accommodated. I appreciated they were willing to pick my car up from my house as I wanted to get repairs started but had driving restrictions due to a medical issue. They offered to bring it back once repairs were done but by then I could resume driving. I really appreciated the automated updates I received from when my car was checked in and thru when it was ready for pickup.
