I traveled from another city for an MRCP and requested an EOD report to manage my travel and medical appointments. Not only was the team unresponsive for hours, but even after the 24-hour mark, the report was not ready. I missed my scheduled medical appointment because of this delay.
When I finally spoke to the someone from the management, the response was a series of empty "accountability" scripts. He admitted the delay, promised "full audits," and showered me with lame medical clichés like, "My priority is that you get healthy" and "Any compensation is nothing compared to the trouble you faced." While the words sounded empathetic, they were completely useless.
No amount of "priority on my health" fixes the fact that they ignored my calls, missed their own deadline, and left me stranded in a different city with mounting hotel costs.
Claiming "high precision" and "quality" as a reason for poor management is just a way to deflect from a broken system.
If you are a patient coming from out of town, do not be fooled by the "warmth" or the scripted apologies. This center lacks the basic professional discipline to respect a patient’s time and logistical needs. Extremely disappointed.
Provided incorrect reports. The two tests done from their own center don’t reconcile. Avoid using their services!
