Poor service. They would give appointment but when you go there they would say it is walk in only. Appointment do not matter. Staff has no idea of what is going on.

I tried to book an appointment and asked a few queries and the reception guy ensured me to get back with the answers but he didn't. After half an hour, I called the centre multiple times and he disconnected the calls. I have the recording with me but unable to attach here. Looks like they don't need more patients.
