Buenos días , hice un pedido la semana pasada , decia que me entregarian el 27 de noviembre y no he sabido nada de nada.No localizo el pedido y nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para saber que pasa por telefono.Me han cobrado 18 € , para entregar en dos dias, y no ha sido cierto, por favor diganme que ha pasado con mi pedido.Gracias.Dada la tardanza creo que no los gastos de mensajeria se me deberian reembolsar.Por favor averiguen si han perdido mensajeria mi paquete.Gracias

Por favor necesito una solucion ya, despues de muchas reclamaciones, a la empresa de trasnporte por mi parte, ayer recibi un correo de ellos, diciendo que la mercancia ha sido robada, no sabian esto?, que el 28 de noviembre ocurrio el robo, nadie les aviso de esa empresa para decir lo que ha pasado?, no les han madado nada de nada, ningun tipo de justificante de denuncia?, no entiendo nada.Supuestamente no trabajan con ellos, y yo que soy una clienta tengo que averiguarlo.Por favor una solucion cuanto antes.Estan jugando conmigo.Gracias

I received my Rosary today.
I have several concerns:
1. The plastic box the Rosary was placed in was cracked because it floated around the Fed Ex envelope and no padding was used to secure it in place and to protect it!!!! Fortunately the Rosary was not damaged.
2. The paper that came with it does not say it was Blessed by Pope Leo. It says I, Donna Buscemi, was given the gift of a Plenary Indulgence. It does not say that the Rosary has received the Apostolic Blessing.
So, if this Rosary was actually taken to the Vatican on a Wednesday when the Pope Blesses lots of things, then I should have papers that say it received an Apostolic Blessing from Pope Leo - not that I have received a Plenary Indulgence.
I gifted a Rosary from the Vatican to a friend that was Blessed by Pope Francis shortly before his death, so I know what the paperwork should say. I know what you sent is not official Vatican paperwork and I understand it but I have no confidence that this Rosary actually made it to the Vatican for an actual Blessing. And if it was A Blessed item, it should have been handled with care and respect and not just placed in an envelope without foam or paper wrapping to secure it inside the envelope to travel 4,450 miles from Rome to my house.
I purchased this Rosary from you because the Vatican does not have Seven Sorrows Rosaries and the Savelli web site did have one and said it could be Blessed by the Pope.
So, I would like a paper from you that says it received an Apostolic Blessing from Pope Leo. If it really did!

So the paper included is our own parchment. As stated on our website and repeated in all communications related to the blessing, this information is always provided. The advertisement did not mention this was a Anglican rosary, i wouldn't have ordered it. Although it exceeded my expectations, I wanted a catholic rosary. I paid so much for something I don't know how to use. Sadly I am disappointed about the advertising on this item. The Holy water was very nice.
I received my order in a timely manner. The products are very well made and packaged extremely well for delivery. Certificates for the Apostolic Blessing from the Pope are beautiful and individualized. I was recently in Rome for the Jubilee year but could not bring back a lot of items or I could not find what I was looking for due to the crowds. This allowed me to purchase beautiful items and have them shipped. Yes, shipping and tariffs were expensive but worth it as I will be using the items for Christmas presents.

I have visited the Savelli store in Rome 2x, June 2006 & October 2025. My adult daughter also in June 2025. I have also ordered rosaries through mail 2x to USA. Excellent service and quality rosaries for all experiences. I don't buy jewelry for myself, but I do value a beautiful rosary to help with my daily prayers. These rosaries are perfect and Savelli has always given me well-made hand-crafted rosaries. I have bought 11 from them so far in 20 years. All are pictured except my adult son's wood & strassball rosary as he took it to college with him. The green and purple murano St. Theresa rosaries are from 2006. The purple belongs to my daughter that will take with her when she settles in a permanent home. The multi colored murano glass and light blue glass with gold rosaries were mailed internationally to me. 2 days shipping and faster than Amazon!! Love that items are blessed this year for Jubilee. The rest were purchased from my recent trip at the store. The women who helped me went above and beyond and were so nice in helping me. I wish I remembered their names but am so thankful for them finding unique rosaries. I do recommend that you buy what you see and like if you visit the store. Some items can only be found at the store and others only online. Especially the beautiful mosaic rosaries and items. My daughter bought me the light blue mosaic rosary and I grabbed the pearl mosaic rosary at last visit. You can't get those rosaries online.
