Can't say enough great things about this shop. You are greeted with warmth the moment you walk in the door and it only gets better from there. The mechanics are amazing. They consistently demonstrate both high car IQ in effectively assessing any issues AND lots of integrity in only fixing what is actually needed. People spend thier entire car-owning lives looking for a shop like this. Look no further.

Let's recap your visit to us, your vehicle had a misfire due to a failed ignition coil, we diagnosed this issue, provided you with a quote, you agreed and we replaced the coil.
You then returned by tow truck an hour later because of another failed ignition coil, a different coil. After the second coil was replaced, we then diagnosed that all 4 ignition coil needed replacement which you refused and proceeded to let us know how incompetent we were while you became extremely belligerent towards our staff.
You reminded us that you were not paying for the second coil and the towing bill, shortly after that we told you to leave and not return.

My experience today with Savasta was honestly the best experience I've ever had at auto repair shop. Highly professional, friendly, transparent and reliable. All the things that seem hard to find these days....I would highly recommend Savasta without reservation, and will definitely be back for any future car repairs and maintenance.

I had a great experience at Savasta today! The staff there are amazing especially Paula at the desk who was super respectful and very professional. I called them out of the blue and they took me in without hesitation to get an oil change done on my car. As a new customer I was not sure what the turnout would be but I am beyond happy with their service. Thanks again you guys, I will be back and will share your shop with anyone who may need service on their car. 10/10 😁

As pothole season arrived, my small car was captured in a big hole; the rim was damaged and the tire semi-deflated. I left my car outside Savasta’s overnight and in the morning Damian had fixed everything by 8:30. FANTASTIC SERVICE - as always.
