Ryan is a great PT, he's helped me massively in settling into the gym and showing me the ropes. Training plans are dead easy to follow and he runs through everything on there with you during the sessions to make sure you are working correctly, he's very patient with people who are completely new to everything and provides great knowledge without overloading you in the sessions, I would highly recommend him!
When i first started training with ryan i weighed in at 15st 3 pounds its safe to say that i no longer way that much and i am seeing big changes like dropping dress sizes to eating healthier if you're looking too loose weight or just achieve a better and healthy lifestyle then ryan can provide all that i highly recommended him to anyone thanks again ryan for getting me to where i need to be :)
