Highly recommend I requested a quote for a broken heating system, and Mark responded within minutes. After a diagnostic and initial fix of the issue, he also identified that our boiler was failing and needed replacing. He managed to fit us in and complete a full replacement the following week. ​What I appreciated most was that he didn't just disappear after the job and responded to all the messages, and came back twice to help with a couple of follow up issues. He is polite, professional, and actually took the time to explain things and give us some great recommendations.

Really quick He responded within a couple hours to my request and was able to inspect the problem in a few hours. He was friendly, quick to sort my issue with the toilet, especially considering he had to get a part ordered. Would definitely use again!

Highly recommend Mark Foley has been really helpful for all of our plumbing/heating needs for several years. He’s very methodical, cleared issues with our boiler that several other call-outs failed to and always makes time to help out when urgent. Punctual and clear throughout. Whole new heating system - excellent service! 10/10 would recommend We have had all new radiators with smart controls, a new boiler and new hot water tank installed by Mark. He worked quickly ensuring we had heating for the coldest weekend of the year. He left the house really clean and all the pipe work he has done is smart and tidy. His communication was clear and he is really to get hold of if needed. We wish we had found him sooner!

Boiler change, heater fittings and brand new pipe work. I had a great experience with Sasta Gas, great attention to detail on consultation before work was carried out. When work was carried out, Sasta Gas was able to support and do an amazing job and also offering more that needed to be done. They have been best company I’ve worked with so far regarding heating and boiler services. I recommend them to anyone needed work to be done professionally and done with great timing and care, aftercare.

Over 20 years of plumbing services from Mark Mark has been our plumber for over 20 years. Our house is old and has complicated heating and hot water systems. Freezing of mains pipe to replace stopcocks and replace ballcock. I honestly cannot remember the last time I was so impressed with a tradesperson or with any service for that matter. And I work with trades people everyday! Mark arrived promptly and I could tell immediately that I was in good hands. He had all the correct equipment for the job and was in and out in half the time I would have expected. His price was very reasonable too. Great job!

Leaking and broken shower components needing complete replacement Needed an emergency call out but local company wanted £150 just to take a look !! Called Mark who came inside an hour who replaced the faulty components and got it all up and running in no time. He was excellent and the price he charged for the job was very reasonable too. I will definitely be using him again.
