I'd highly recommend Andrew and the Sash Window Solutions team. My wife and I recently moved into our first home and faced the daunting task of sourcing new windows - we loved our sash windows but upgrading from single to double glazing was a must. We received a number of exorbitant quotes for the work from other companies and we were convinced we would be unable to keep the wooden sashes - until we came across Sash Window Solutions. From the first moment Andrew had obvious expertise, clear communication and patience in answering our questions, as well as competitive pricing. Andrew has now manufactured and installed 4 windows for us, including restoring an original sash box that had been converted into a casement window. They all look brilliant. We've been impressed by Andrews craftsmanship and personal integrity, and as such have commissioned Sash Window Solutions to make and fit a further 4 windows for us.

We have recently used Sash Window solutions to have two windows restored. We are very pleased with the quality of their work. They removed all the rotten wood, and installed new sash cords and fittings. The windows now look like new. We will be booking in the rest of the windows to have those completed by them.

I’m delighted with the replacement replica sash window on the front of my Victorian terraced cottage. During the survey Andrew was very clear about the details of the work, and came across as skilled and experienced. On the day he explained what was happening at each stage, and he and Anthony were very pleasant to deal with. They worked efficiently and tidied up well. The cost was very reasonable for such high quality of work and materials. I’m looking forward to having more work done by Sash Window Solutions, and I thoroughly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work that Andrew from Sash Window Solutions did for us. He explained before he started what was likely to be entailed and then told us as he went along what he was doing and why. It was not an easy job as the embedded screws that had held the windows closed were not visible and part of the job had to be done up a ladder, but it was finished to our complete satisfaction.
