Used Sarver Movers last month for our move.
1. The quote was not accurate. After many phone calls the quote was explained in an unclear way that did not make sense from the initial quote.
2. My daughter's white desk has a huge scratch on the top of the desk.
3. Our dining room table is chipped on all four corners.
The 3-man crew took about an hour lunch break and tried to charge us for their break. Only after bringing it to their attention did the remove it from the invoice.
Update: there have been zero attempts to contact me. I have not received an email nor a phone call.
