I would like to share my order experience with Sarkkart. I had ordered saddle stays for my Royal Enfield Meteor 350 on 6th May, 2026 whereas on 11th May, 2026, I received my order but with entirely different product which was not mentioned at their official website.
On the same day, I emailed, called, texted them to arrange either return or exchange the product. Here’s come the pathetic service experience with the Sarkkart. They do not have any options for either exchange or return at their official website, you can only intimate them through emails or mobile number. But you can expect your complaint is not going to be resolved in mean time. One of their employees constantly and repeatedly said me that I was arranging pickup for your product. But nothing such happened till 14th May, 2026 until I decided to visit to their address in Noida to return that product personally.
Few points from our conversations are as follow:
1. Sarkkart’s employee said to me, by any means if you can use that product so I would give you 30% refund.
2. When I denied that and reiterated that I only want the product that I had ordered, he said I would be arranging pickup for the same, but nothing happened as such.
3. Sarkkart’s employee also said to me that if you (I) may arrange return for the product via Indian Post although he was ready to bear the cost.
But you can understand it was not my fault at all, it was their fault. They have packed the wrong product and delivered the same.
In short: just avoid them to avert the pathetic service experience.
My friend has order a Bike play display, and it turned faulty within few days, he has sent it for repair or replacement to noida, however due to lack of customer service he isn't recieving the update on his screen and nither refund. I doubt, is it legitmate? Poor customer service.
