Customer value is there till the time customer is purchasing something . When it comes to exchange of faulty product or under warrenty product , they will make you suffer . My product was under warrenty and a battery issue appeared ejas v6+ intercom , always taking followup from the customer support , they are never sure and alsways say sir we will tell you tomorrow or we dont have access right now and when you ask why there is a delay their tone changes and got angry and rude And starts misbehave. I was given the time of 7 days for exchange and its more then 3 weeks now but still no response and never received any calls from them .
This is a completely irresponsible and unprofessional service.
I ordered a helmet, but instead received a different and cheaper one. When I tried to return it, they sent me a link that doesn’t even work. Whenever I call them, they just keep saying the return process has been initiated, but I never receive any proper updates or details.
It took 10 days for delivery, and during this entire period, there was no communication from the company. Only the delivery boy called on the day of delivery—no updates from the staff at all.
Now it has been 4 days since I started contacting them for return, but still nothing is happening. They keep repeating the same thing without taking any real action. After waiting 10–15 days for the order, I received the wrong product, and they are not even ready to admit their mistake.
They know very well that customers cannot come all the way to Delhi to question them, so they are taking it lightly.
When I posted a Google review, they immediately called me and asked me to delete it, promising to resolve the issue quickly. Trusting them, I deleted the review—but after that, again no response or action from their side.
The helmet I received was also full of dust. They don’t even have the basic courtesy to clean a product before delivering it to a customer.
Very bad experience. Not recommended at all
Been 3 days since I placed my order, still not dispatched because “their website isn’t working”… funny how it was working perfectly when their executive was calling me 10 times a day to place the order.
