Worst online shopping experience ever. I placed an order (Order No. 360287) on 24 November 2025, and they have still not shipped my product. Every single day, their customer support repeats the same lie: “We will ship it today.” Nothing has been shipped till now. When I asked for a refund, they refused to return my money. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do NOT buy anything from their online store. They take your money, never ship the product, and provide zero accountability. I strongly warn others to avoid this website.

Worth services totally disappointed. It has been two months and I have not received the product yet. There is no response on my calls and nor do I get any reply on WhatsApp. I will now take legal action directly from the court. You people should be ashamed that you keep other's money and don't get the goods, one day your company will be ruined.Ready for Legal Action. Now you remember my order ? You should be ashamed. You only remember someone after they remind you, even after taking there money. I called and messaged so many times, but never got any reply or response.

Update - they have refunded the amount after 2 months that too after filling complaint at my local cyber crime department, don't trust them with your hard earned money . Old review - Dear sarkkart and team , I was your old customer, but during my recent purchase of fog lamps which i wanted to return the same day of receiving because of quality issues of the fog lamps, but you have being saying me today your team will contact me and keep postponing the day , now it's been 7 days my problem is not addressed, i request to everyone who wants a flexible return or replacement, don't trust sarkkart they have records of eight shipping wrong products or missing products or they will not help u with return and replacement of product
