I recently received my order from Sarkkart Industries, and overall the experience was decent. The packaging was neat and secure, ensuring that the product inside remained safe during transit. The label was clearly printed with all necessary details like order ID, pricing, GST breakdown, and shipping information, which adds transparency.
The delivery process seemed organized, and the product arrived without any visible damage. The inclusion of GST details and proper billing reflects professionalism. However, since this was a COD order, a smoother digital payment option could have been more convenient.
One thing to improve could be clearer product description on the label itself, as it only mentions "Panel" without specifics. Adding more details would help customers quickly identify the item.
Good packaging and documentation, but slight improvements in clarity and convenience would make it even better.

We did had the product but the quality of last lot was not upto the mark ... that's why we didn't dispatch it I hope you understand
Customer value is there till the time customer is purchasing something . When it comes to exchange of faulty product or under warrenty product , they will make you suffer . My product was under warrenty and a battery issue appeared ejas v6+ intercom , always taking followup from the customer support , they are never sure and alsways say sir we will tell you tomorrow or we dont have access right now and when you ask why there is a delay their tone changes and got angry and rude And starts misbehave. I was given the time of 7 days for exchange and its more then 3 weeks now but still no response and never received any calls from them .

Been 3 days since I placed my order, still not dispatched because “their website isn’t working”… funny how it was working perfectly when their executive was calling me 10 times a day to place the order.
