One thing to improve could be clearer product description on the label itself, as it only mentions "Panel" without specifics. Adding more details would help customers quickly identify the item. Good packaging and documentation, but slight improvements in clarity and convenience would make it even better.

Bought bar end mirrors for my cb350 rs. Packaging was great and quality is as promised. However the tank side guards that i bought were not great. The layers on the pads were coming off and glue was not great.

Customer value is there till the time customer is purchasing something . When it comes to exchange of faulty product or under warrenty product , they will make you suffer . My product was under warrenty and a battery issue appeared ejas v6+ intercom , always taking followup from the customer support , they are never sure and alsways say sir we will tell you tomorrow or we dont have access right now and when you ask why there is a delay their tone changes and got angry and rude And starts misbehave. I was given the time of 7 days for exchange and its more then 3 weeks now but still no response and never received any calls from them .
