I ordered a 1200 x 800 fixed roof light for a pitched roof. The goods were delivered promptly on a well protected pallet. Some of the fixing kit was missing, which was quickly dealt with and sent by priority post. My builder has just installed the roof light following the online installation instructions with no fuss. The finished product looks really smart and the neighbours have commented on how good it looks. I am very pleased with the service from Saris Extensions and the quality of the product.

Great choice, quality and value. Service was excellent and timely, and even provided refund for some items from the associated 1800x800 pitched roof installation kit which I ended up not using. Full marks. Highly recommend.

Windows were delivered as arranged , they were packed well in vertical timber frames. Very secure and easy to see that the Windows had arrived free from damage.

Very good skylight window

Brought a 3m x1.5m blind for my roof light, was delivered on time, had a small query on the fitting which was felt with promptly by Evo, easy fit and works fine so far

I bought 5 flat roof skylights from Saris.. Excellent service and super efficient response. Highly recommend.

Quick delivery within two days which was requested however I did ask for a specific day(4 days later) so no one at home to assist the driver. Phone calls from the driver and simple instructions of where to place the pallet were ignored even though I watched and instructed the driver via a ring doorbell. This meant the pallet of glass was left vulnerable for two days on the kerbside until such time as I could get some assistance to move it.

Ordered for the first time after ordering skylights for many years from other suppliers. I would say the best skylight that we have ordered so far. Reasonable price and delivery on time. Very happy to order again.
