Honest, intelligent, hard-working detail oriented this team put together a beautiful backyard. They poured 30 yards of concrete built a beautiful deck 80 foot retaining wall fence in the whole yard sloped cleaned up and painted very happy thank you Everardo.

Sanz Landscape Construction did a fabulous job on the tear down and reconstruction of a huge city permitted balcony. Their team does great work which was essential since it all had to pass city inspections along the way. Their service is kind and caring and they were very patient in waiting for me to solve issues when problems with the plans and my HOA came up.

We hired Sanz Landscape Construction to install new landscape lighting in our front yard, plant a new hedge of roses, and install drip irrigation for the new plantings. We live in a historic home with quirky wiring, so electrical projects here often involve complications, and this was no exception. Everardo was an excellent creative problem-solver and was very solutions-oriented in his approach to the work. He was also extremely conscientious throughout the project. We had ordered bare-root roses from David Austin Roses in England, which arrived with very detailed instructions for how to prep and plant them, including a timeframe within which they had to be in the ground. Unfortunately, they arrived at the same time as the San Diego rains. Most people would have told me that the work would have to be delayed, but Everardo and his team worked a full day in the rain to make sure the roses got planted exactly according to the instructions. I highly recommend Sanz Landscape Construction and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Ever and his team at Sanz Scapes Creations did a wonderful job bringing our backyard vision to life. We had very specific and detailed ideas about how we wanted our backyard to look. Ever took time to listen and meet as well as make great recommendations before and during construction. One notable one was proposing we go with hardscape as opposed to concrete which I am very happy we decided to do so as it looks much better. Ever walked through the job site almost daily with me reviewing the work that would be done. He was able to meet our deadline that we wanted the project completed by and have since spent much time enjoying our new backyard. Thank you to the entire crew for a job well done!
