I recently worked with Santolo Building Design to obtain a CDC pool approval for my home in Moorebank, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The site was extremely tight, with a small backyard and an existing sewer main running through it, which made the approval process feel very touch and go at times. But Ryan and the team handled every challenge with confidence and expertise, guiding me through the entire process and making it happen. Their communication, problem solving, and attention to detail were outstanding. What seemed impossible at first quickly became achievable thanks to their knowledge and persistence. Thank you very much for your help. This process was touch and go, but you both made it happen. I highly recommend Santolo Building Design to anyone needing reliable CDC approvals for pools or complex residential projects.

I had to leave another review because we had tried other companies that offered similar service, they took as long just to return our call as ryan took to complete the entire process from start to finish.
