If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible. They lie about insurance, claim to accept it, then conveniently turn out to be OUT OF NETWORK and push a cash price instead. Total waste of time.
They constantly have new staff, which says a lot—clearly they can’t keep employees. That alone is a huge red flag and feels extremely sketchy.
The manager is incredibly unprofessional, openly gossiping about patients in her office with other staff. On top of that, she always seems annoyed and makes faces, which creates a very uncomfortable environment.
This office is not clean, poorly run, and they clearly have no experience working with children. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
