Great service and always dependable
We have used Salazar Plumbing and Heating since Dec 2019. Our boiler was leaking the day we were leaving for a Christmas trip to see family! My neighbor recommended Salazar. We called Dennis, desperate to find a plumber who would come ASAP. Anthony showed up within the hour, and replaced our boiler that day. Since then, we have used them several times for various plumbing issues. Excellent service, and Anthony is a great guy, and always comes as scheduled. The prices are fair for the service and quality of work. I highly recommend Salazar Plumbing and Heating!

Anthony went out of his way and helped my elderly mother with her fridge and water heater maintenance. He did an excellent job by adding a part that allowed faster hot water delivery. He also went out of his way to fix a leak under the fridge which was not part of the service call nor do they normally service fridges. I would recommended them 10/10! Excellent service!

I've been using Salazar since I moved here in 2020. They have always been prompt, courteous & professional. When I read some of the reviews, I thought they must be reviewing a different company as my experience was really great all the way around. They have always returned my calls, scheduled me the same day or very soon, saw what needed to be done & did a very good job. I will continue to use them whenever I have a plumbing issue. TERRIBLE COMPANY! They came out couldn't figure out the broiler issue called tech support, then left and charged $600+ STAY AWAY from these crooks
Mr. Dennis never attended to the problems I was having. Specifically he didn’t install ducts needed to be installed on the outside. he left the ducts very small, 2 units of air conditioning burst, I went to tell him to repair it and he wanted more money for his mistake. I went again and the only thing he is interested in is money. He never responded to the calls he never responded to go fix the bad install. If you are interested in going with Salazar he has -0 he never responds and never shows his face. he just wants money overall bad service and no response.

Mr. Gomez only allowed so much space to install duct work. This has been 30 years since the installation! We have installed other units for Mr. Gomez. Sorry things didn't work out due to the fact of the space given to install. Mr. Gomez wanted to pay as little as possible.

Dennis came to do maintenance on our central AC. The total time he spent was one hour. As far as we know he did a good job. The disappointing issue was that we were charged $20.00 for the truck charge and $60.00 for travel charge. We live in the same zip code, very local. That travel charge was outrageous! We would have been okay with the $20.00 truck charge, but the travel charge since we are local was a rip off. I have called 4 other local companies and they do not charge a travel charge and were very reasonable with their rates. I called Dennis on the travel charge and he just said that that is the charge. To keep us as a good customer perhaps he should have taken that travel charge, living so very close to his business. I called him prior to the app for an estimate and he did not even mention the truck charge and travel charge. He was hiding these charges conveyed to me. Not happy with what was charged and will definitely go with another company that is upfront with their fees. Dennis was dishonest with his estimate and other costs and took us for a ride with that travel cost. Bottom line...rip off!

Called for an estimate on an entire HVAc replacement. Didn't return my call for a week and when they did they asked for $100 fee just for me to have the privilege of getting them to come give me an estimate.

Beware. I have a Laars Endurance radiant heating system that was "kettling," i.e. knocking. I called Salazar because a friend knew him for many years. We have hard water so the system needed descaling. They spent a day, did the job, but also without asking replaced two parts irrelevant to the problem. I found out later. One replacement part was already used. So I ended up paying $1600 for an $800 job because that's what they do - replace irrelevant parts and at the end of the day present you with a fait accompli. They didn't solve the problem. When I called later, they blew me off. BTW, I am a retired engineer and later solved it myself. Control system problem.
