Professional. Quick. Friendly. Excellent work. The owner Zac visited soon after inquiry and told me the installation would take two days. The team that installed the units were friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They worked very quickly and just as Zac had predicted, two days was all it took. At every point through the process their office manager was engaged and making sure to keep me informed. A great experience all around and the units are incredible.

I didn’t know the first thing about mini splits when I started this journey. I got quotes from 5 companies/individuals. I realized after the first couple of plumbers I wanted someone more knowledgeable that could do everything. It was down to them and Roadrunner but I really appreciated Zack’s non-salesy approach in discussing with me. I absolutely couldn’t have made a better decision. His crew was fantastic. Very professional even arrived on time which is unheard of in these parts. Liz was very helpful in getting any questions I had answered.

This is the best crew that I have had the experience of working with in Santa Fe. They were prompt (or even early...unheard of!), courteous, professional, accurate, and the areas they worked in looked just as clean at the end of the day as before they had started. Communication was excellent. I don't believe you can do better -- just hire them!

We recently worked with Santa Fe Ductless, LLC to install a four-unit mini-split system in our 1950s Santa Fe home, and the experience was outstanding. The professionalism and expertise of Zak and his team were evident from start to finish. Zak demonstrated thorough knowledge about mini-split systems and tailored the installation to meet the unique challenges of our home (old and drafty!), as well as our preferences about the look and capacity of the mini-split system. Communication was seamless, and Zak and Liz made sure to answer any questions we had quickly, keeping us informed at every stage. When it came to the installation, Zak and his team were punctual, respectful, and efficient, completing the installation quickly and flexibly. They also went above and beyond to accommodate the install on a compressed schedule when we had an unexpected complication on our end—it was exceptionally kind and made us grateful that we went with Santa Fe Ductless, LLC specifically for our mini-splits as it really showed they’re a wonderful local business that cares about their clients. So far, the mini-split system is keeping us nice and cool this summer and our home’s comfort level has greatly improved. We highly recommend Santa Fe Ductless, LLC for their reliable, knowledgeable, and professional service.
