Sanjeev is a master of his craft, and provides top notch service. We worked with him to rent out our home earlier this year. Right away, it was obvious that he wasn't your typical agent, and went above and beyond in a big way. He helped us identify and fix several things that needed attention, and also made some great suggestions to "uplevel" the property without breaking the bank (the great thing about Sanjeev is that he meets you where you are, and works with your budget and comfort level). Between the lease being signed, and tenants moving in, a storm caused some trees to fall in the back yard; Sanjeev helped us take care of this, even though he was not obligated to do so in any way. The vetting process for renters was also stringent and thorough, and the handover was smooth. We'd highly recommend Sanjeev to anyone looking for an agent.
