Top drawer, attention to detail and quality, with a strong customer focused disposition. In brief, stationary car hit by a bus, Sandown recommended by the insurance assessor.
Estimate process was quick, clear, convenient and efficient. Once approval given, car was collected within a few days (convenient for me) and the work carried out.
Upon return, and in daylight, one panel seemed slightly out on the pantone. No quibble, the manager owned the issue and arranged for the car to be brought back to the paint-shop. Returned within a day and the rework result as good as the original manufacturer could have achieved.
Very satisfied and pleased how smoothly it all went, thanks to a number of staff: front office; management; and the technicians. Thank you!

An absolute pleasure of a company to deal with. They've kept me up to date every step of the way with the repair process, and if I've had any questions they have managed to answer these with no issues.
If I ever need any repairs doing again I will definitely go to Sandown Coachworks.

I had a minor accident bumping into a car which cause few issues on mine: I had these guys dealing with my insurance and replacing the front bumper and few other bits. Despite a small communication issue at first, the job done is 5 stars plus. The team in Camberley went the extra mile when I noticed a small blemish on the paint after having applied the ceramic coating myself. Although it was approaching closing time,, the team took my car and polished it at their best. I really appreciated it and would recommend Sandown Coach works Camberley any time. Very friendly team.

I had a minor accident, where someone hit my car in a car park, which damaged the Door Pillar and side panel. My insurer recommended Sandown Coachworks in Camberley as one of their approved local bodyshops
Shaz was incredibly helpful - and she was always polite and responsive, making a fuss of my Yorkshire Terrier.
The repair was flawless
Overall, a top-notch experience. Big thanks to the whole team.

I had a minor accident, hitting a pillar in a car park, which damaged the front bumper and bonnet. My insurer recommended Sandown Coachworks in Camberley, as one of their approved local bodyshops and after reading mostly positive reviews (with the only negatives from a couple of unreasonable complaints), I decided to go with them.
From the start, Shaz was incredibly helpful - I contacted her over 10 times in the first week, and she was always polite and responsive. Once the car was in, Callum took over as my main contact and kept me updated throughout with great communication.
The repair was flawless—factory finish, genuine BMW parts, and they even arranged for a local expert to reapply the PPF.
Overall, a top-notch experience. I’d happily return (hopefully just for cosmetic work next time). Big thanks to the whole team - keep it up!
