This place could not be more unprofessional. I wasted over two months trying to get help with my case. I was repeatedly asked to resend the same emails and information, and every time I followed up, I was told by Loselle that my case was under review and that someone would get back to me. The problem is that no one ever followed up. I was always the one calling, emailing, and checking on the status. I expressed my frustration several times about being promised callbacks that never happened. During my last conversation with Loselle, she assured me that someone would contact me within a week. That call never came. At this point, I could have had my case reviewed and processed elsewhere. This company wasted a significant amount of my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend them.

We cannot say enough good things about this San Diego Lemon Law and the amazing job they did helping us with our Jeep Gladiator. In addition to getting a great outcome, the process itself was very well executed. Doug, Loselle, Shiela, Erica, Jie-Ann, and the entire team were highly organized and they were particularly good about following up with me to collect the needed documents and reminding me when something required follow-up. It's rare to come across a really service-oriented company these days, this was really a refreshing change. Highly Recommend!

We were having issues with our 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willy 4xe hybrid battery system. The vehicle would go into what they call limp mode. It took some time so don't be discouraged at first. There is a process and follow what Doug and the team are recommending. It takes time and effort on your part to help them build a case. The process at first seemed discouraging but once we were able to get to the level Doug and the team needed, and they took over, the process was seamless. All vehicles have issues and recalls these days, but to get the vehicle lemon-lawed really takes a considerable amount of visits to the dealership and sufficient documentation (at least for us). We are very appreciative of the team at Lemon Law of San Diego. Their service was upfront and the process was seamless. Thank you! ☺️

Doug Sohn is the lawyer we worked with. We had two 2023 KIA cars that both needed to be returned. The first car had issues regarding the WIFI not being able to connect to our Apple phones. The second car had issues with the front rotors being warped. In both cases, the problem could not be fixed by KIA and so we needed a Lemon Lawyer. Doug walked us through the process and told us what to expect. Doug even gave us a rough estimate as far as how much money we should expect in the final settlement. Everything went exactly as expected. We could not be happier with the outcome. We would highly recommend Doug and his team to anyone who needs a Lemon lawyer to assist them.

When I purchased my brand new Tesla I never thought I would have so many issues with it. Luckily I found Doug Sohn and his amazing team. They did a fantastic job at explaining everything to me and did a great job at communicating with me step by step and walking me through everything it takes to go through the Lemon Law process. I wasn’t sure on how everything worked but his team was very good at responding and over communicating with me.
