I am delighted with the six new replacement windows recently fitted by Colin and John. There are two large bay windows, a dormer window and three small windows, all are great. The whole process was very smooth, from the initial discussions with Colin on best options and how to proceed all the way through to removing the old windows, fitting the new windows and tidying up. Good advice and communications all the way through, nothing too much trouble and no mess. All in all top class service and I would thoroughly recommend Sanderstead Windows. Colin and John from Sanderstead Windows recently fitted new windows across my whole 2 bed house, a beautiful new front door, and stunning bifold doors across the back. They completely transformed my property front and back in only 4 days, working through one of the recent mini-heat waves. I can't fault their workmanship; professional, friendly, unbelievably clean and tidy at the end of each day. I felt more than comfortable leaving them alone in my house every day whilst I was out, and even locked up after themselves when I was home late. Payment procedure clear and efficient. Really impressed by the service and professionalism by Colin and the team. The quality of the windows, bi-folds and all the fittings were excellent. Price wise they were very competitive and Colin was great at keeping me up to date throughout the whole process from initial survey through fitting. Took a gamble on Sanderstead Windows after meeting Colin when he came to give us a quote. He was polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We changed our minds over one window and he didn't hesitate to accomodate this change. The price was very competative and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The fit went well and both Colin and Jay respected our property and they were very clean putting covers down where they were working and even taking their shoes off when indoors. We couldn't be more pleased with the windows and service we received. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sanderstead Windows.

Colin fitted 4 windows in my first floor flat with his assistant/colleague Jay. The work was completed over 3 days. It is an absolutely amazing result, the windows are beautifully fitted and look fabulous. I had 3 sash windows: one 3-window bay (living room), one in the kitchen, one on the bedroom. The bathroom window had a beautiful mayflower pattern. The difference in appearance, warmth and blocking of outside noise is remarkable. The guys were really hard-working, respectful and considerate and always hoovered and cleared up well. On the last day I felt totally at ease leaving them in my flat to finish (unusual for me) and came home to a wonderful transformation. Colin fitted our windows and from start to finish carried out works professionally in every aspect. Protecting the surrounding and working areas, removal of existing windows , installing new windows clearing up and removal of debris. Every stage of works carried out with a professional attitude and keeping us informed at every stage. The end product and finish detail is quality and we are very happy with work he has carried out. A very good tradesman and the perfect choice.

Really, really happy that I found Sanderstead Windows. Just from seeing Colin's van in the area I contacted him to get a quote and was very happy that I did. Colin is polite and punctual from visits, to email communication, sending invoices and completing the job. Colin and his team fitted new patio doors & windows for us, and did the job quickly, cleanly, and very professionally. He took time to measure up exactly, and discuss various options with us, and then provided a very competitive quote. Once we agreed to go ahead, we set a date, which they stuck to, completing the job within a single day, including taking away all waste, tidying the site, and ensuring everything was clean and weathertight. Overall, a very good job at a good price, and I'd definitely recommend them.
