On the day of fitting Colin and Asa arrived on time and the work was completed efficiently. Would definitely use again.
Colin and Aca done a fantastic job. said they was going to be here at 07:30am and they was bang on time, also said the windows was going to be fully fitter within one day, they done by folding doors with blinds in and out all within one day. Very impressed with the workmanship even in the rain, the doors turned out far better than we thought. No decorating needed inside, perfect fit. Fantastic job top marks to the guys. Highly recommended .
Recently had a very good experience with Sanderstead Windows, from the initial visit by Colin and at least getting our back door to shut ( poorly installed by a builder on garage conversion) , so decided to start again with a new door .
Measured and made , these were fitted by Colin and Acer and did a great job and the door shuts , locks as it should .
The guys were clean and left the work area tidy.
I was very pleased and will no doubt use again , plus they are a local company.

Pre- install
Colin provided an estimate promptly and answered all our questions. A follow up visit was very useful as we discussed various issues like access, difficult areas like uneven ceiling and windows. Once we decided to accept the estimate, Colin came to take the measurements and was thorough. All admin to do with quote and contract was done timely.
Installation
Colin and Isa took two and a half days to install two seven pannel bays and one other window. They were early and on time every day and worked very hard. They used protective sheets, took all the rubbish, hoovered. But it can be a dusty job, so the more things you cover or get out of the way the better.
The windows are great. German make (Rehau) and English locks (Yale). All the pebbledash outside the frames was made good. Just need drying and painting.
Aftercare
We were very lucky that the installation took place during a spell of dry and sunny weather. Two days after we had lots rain and 49mph winds. It was a chance to put the new windows to the test. We found a couple of spots where you could feel some draft and messaged Colin about it. Colin replied promptly and came back to see to it.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Colin was incredibly quick to reply, and quoted a very reasonable price. O
On installation day, it was 30 degrees, but Colin and the other window fitter worked tirelessly. They even made good of some pebbledash that needed to be chipped off. I'm so happy with the result, and love my new windows.
An all-round pleasure to work with - massively recommend!

Excellent service from Colin and his team. Colin was friendly and helpful when deciding what design/style of windows to go for. He has done an excellent job with the installation of the windows and managed to install 6 windows in a terraced hourse in two days. By no means was this a rushed job but a show of experience and skill in their craft. Hi would highly recommend to others requiring work on windows and doors.

First class job from Colin. They both turned up very promptly and completed the removal and install of my new bifolds. Well pleased with finish. The opening and closing motion feels like a mercedez door on an luxury car. Very solid.

Sanderstead Windows installed four windows in our terraced house in two days. The results are excellent, better than we hoped for. The service from start to finish was highly professional, they delivered on everything they said they would and on time. The work was done quickly because they know what they are doing but also with care and attention to detail. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

After a negative experience several years ago with poor fitting of patio doors and then being charged £250 extra just for issue of a Fensa certificate, I'm so happy to have found Sanderstead Windows and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Sanderstead Windows turned up for my job punctually at the time agreed and fitted my windows within a few hours, being conscientious to make sure the work was neat and clean, checking in with me on my style preferences for the finish, and tidying everything away afterwards without fuss. Within a couple of weeks, I received an email copy of my windows guarantee and a hardcopy Fensa certificate in the post.
I couldn't be happier and only wish all professional tradesmen could be trusted to do such good work with kind and helpful customer service! I would highly recommend them.

When Colin came to quote for our windows I asked him , rather cheekily, if he had written all his amazing reviews himself. However, after having his expert workmanship and careful attention to detail my husband and I can only endorse everything good that has been said. I was delighted with all the work that Colin and his team completed for us. He put in 5 windows and a small bifold door from our living room to a patio, replacing an old and tired patio door. We are particularly delighted with his recommendation of a small bifold. We had to do things slightly out of order so plastering was done before windows were installed. I was slightly worried that this would lead to a less neat job. I needn't have worried, as the job was finished perfectly. Colin is fastidious and no half measures were taken and everything was tidied up afterwards. I would definitely use Sanderstead Windows again.

From my first contact with Colin to replace various windows in my home, nothing was too much trouble, the whole process was clear and transparent, Colin and his colleague cracked on with the work in a cheerful manner and it was all done in the timescale promised.Everything was put back tidy and above all the finished windows looked fantastic.
