Everything is beginning to sag. The third picture shows the COBRA NECK even with head tilted back. It’s sad that a pic with my grandson can’t give me 100% happiness. The added flaps to my neck are just too noticeable. I did not have them before TWO SURGERIES to improve my neckline. Three years ago, I underwent an endoscopic brow lift, deep plane face lift, and neck lift at Sand plastic surgery. The procedures left me with SIGNIFICANT, PERMANENT NUMBNESS, ITCHING, TINGLING SENSATIONS, A FEELING OF STRETCHED SKIN AROUND THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF MY FACE, AND INTERMITTENT PAIN. After the neck lift left me with “COBRA NECK”, Dr. Sand did a REVISION neck lift (another $2000 for anesthesia and weeks of recovery), which merely tightened my skin further, leaving the divot below my neck and ADDITIONAL NUMBNESS. The DIVOT causes the skin on either side of my face line to protrude. Imagine, if you will, pushing your thumb into a stress ball. The sides only retreat as you remove your thumb. Dr. Sand was sympathetic, but attributed the nerve damage on my nerve system and called the divot “expected scarring”. While I was looking for a resolution which would eliminate the symptoms and a smooth face line, he suggested temporary relief fixes such as Botox, a variety of prescription drugs, and acupuncture. I believe he felt sorry for me, but never accepted responsibility. Only to say that I am his only patient who has had these results. While I’m happy for the others, I am left with the deformity, numbness, itching, and pain.

Thank you for your candor and courage in sharing your journey. Your experience weighs deeply on our hearts. We strive for excellence and perfection for our patients and have certainly fallen short in this respect. We are truly sorry for your experience and take your feedback seriously and will use it to fundamentally change many aspects of our procedures and protocols.
I have had great experiences every time that I have been into the office. Dr. Sam’s is the best at what he does. The staff is friendly and informative. I recommend them for plastic surthery, filler, botox,

Thank you for your recommendation and kind words about our team. We're glad to hear you've had great experiences.
Hey, I have noticed that my hair hasn't been growing since 2017. My hair is a little bit thin and I'm the only person who notices it. You half to examine my hair with your fingers to feel the thinness. I'm moving to Spokane soon and am very excited!😊 Is this a place for a permanent solution? I know you ONLY need a hair transplant if your bald and since I still have a full head of hair a transplant isn't an option for me. I know I can do PRP treatment. Is the PRP treatment permanent at this facility? I hear good things about it. I will gladly save and pay whatever it takes to get back the long hair I once had and get it to continue to grow again and I will keep it out of braids as much as possible. Does anyone know if this place can give permanent solutions? I've seen an image on here before that said, "permanent solution" and I was wondering if this is the place for it.
