Hey, I have noticed that my hair hasn't been growing since 2017. My hair is a little bit thin and I'm the only person who notices it. You half to examine my hair with your fingers to feel the thinness. I'm moving to Spokane soon and am very excited!😊 Is this a place for a permanent solution? I know you ONLY need a hair transplant if your bald and since I still have a full head of hair a transplant isn't an option for me. I know I can do PRP treatment. Is the PRP treatment permanent at this facility? I hear good things about it. I will gladly save and pay whatever it takes to get back the long hair I once had and get it to continue to grow again and I will keep it out of braids as much as possible. Does anyone know if this place can give permanent solutions? I've seen an image on here before that said, "permanent solution" and I was wondering if this is the place for it.

Dr. Sand and team were wonderful. I felt informed and cared for during my extensive nasal repair. I struggled with pain post surgery and the team was responsive and kind helping me to be as comfortable as can be. The facilities are gorgeous and I felt pampered on the day of surgery. Post op appointments were timely and thorough. I can't recommend Dr. Sand enough.
