This has got to be the absolute worst hotel I have stayed at to date. One, the hotel staff is never sync and communicate difference messages. I ended up having three rooms in my name and was told people already checked-in. Come to find out, no one ever checked in. Two, safety here is a hazard. It is extremely concerning that the security is lacking in this hotel. Homeless people, and quite frankly anyone who is not a guest, can freely come into the hotel and lodge in the hotel giving them access to hotel guests. This is extremely dangerous with no precautious in place to guest safety. Three, this hotel literally sent an unauthorized emailed to all of our conference guests saying that our event was cancelled causing turmoil and confusion. To add more insult to inquiry, charged every single guest the whole service — security deposit went straight out the window. Four, no due diligence and can’t follow instructions. There have been several times were the staff have communicated inaccurate information to our guests about arrangements made. I.e. this shuttle bus, our guests had to wait for over 30 mins for shuttle to the conference, only to find out the shuttle was outside waiting the whole time. The staff kept telling our guest that the shuttle was not ours. I had to literally walked to shuttle driver myself and find out that in fact, he was our driver. Lastly, on our last day, we had housekeeping come in our guest room invading their privacy when unclothed. This is completely unacceptable! Overall, if could, I would give this hotel 0 stars. Customer service and safety is present here. I will not be returning nor will I be doing business with this hotel.

It took almost an hour (53 minutes) from the time I pulled in until I got to my room. Valet was full, and it was absolute chaos in the pull through. Sign said to ask valets about alternative parking, but there were none to be found. Couldn't get through pull though because their incompetence turned it into gridlock. Tried using check in with the Bonvoy app to skip the line as advertised by a sign in the lobby, but it wouldn't assign me a room, so I had to get in line anyway. By the time we got checked in, the pool had closed, and my son was SO looking forward to that part. Room is great, though. View is absolutely outstanding - spend the extra few bucks to be on the city view side!

Pros: Location is good, close to a lot of things I found the room to be pretty clean. No concerns there Enjoyed the available soaps in the shower Cons: No free breakfast. No bottled water in the room. The wifi is terrible Parking is a mess. They advertise valet parking but aren't forthcoming about it being $60 per night until you dig for it on the app. We waited in traffic forever because the valet area gets so backed up just to learn how expensive it was and had to go park elsewhere The elevators take forever. I ordered room service via the app, was charged for it. Then an hour later I called to check on it since it still hadn't arrived. I provided my confirmation number and the guy said he would check on it and call me back. After 10 minutes he still hadn't called me back so I call him - he says the kitchen never got the order and so he has to submit it again. I ordered food at 9:30 and it is now 11:30pm and I am still waiting. 👎🏻

This the worst hotel experience I've ever had I've stayed at motel 8s that are better organized. I literally waited in traffic for almost an hour. this hotel caused the traffic by the way. When we finally got to where we were going to check in we were told we couldn't check in until we moved our vehicle and parked it. they don't have parking by they way. The rooms are small and the hotel is more of a mall then a hotel and very over crowded. Not worth the price and headache.

Rooms are pretty large, neat, and quiet . Although the rooms are clean, they do not look good due to some old bathroom equipment such as the toilet seat. There is complimentary coffee in the room. Hotels architecture and its elevators cary the experience to another level. The hotel has a good gym, but it's very crowded in early mornings. The location of the hotel is good. There is a starbucks and a store in the hotel but must say that the store is very expensive . The staff is mostly kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

First thing to note, by any standard this is a 3 star hotel at best. Secondly, if you are gold elite it doesn’t mean a thing here. Third, they have Uverse which lost its contract with a lot of channels so your room tv is bare. Food is expensive but here is the thing: the service is 1 star, and I am being gracious. The TVs in the sports bar don't have remotes so I ate my food while watching infomercials about dying babies and donations. It was horrible enough but then I waited 20 minutes to get someone’s attention while seared at the bar, and 45 min for my food (I am writing this ad I wait, so grateful to check out tomorrow.) I am here for a conference and I don’t have that much time. I am currently staying here and will never return.

This place is the worst. Only had 2 working elevators and 3 luggage carts. Line to check in was so long. Room key only lets you off on your floor. My. Floor didn't have an ice machine, so we had to get another key. They would never answer the phone. Half the time, no one was at the counter. I had to carry all my stuff out because no luggage cart was available. While I was moving things, they checked me out, so my key stopped working, and I got stuck on the 14th floor. It was a total nightmare.

They have gender neutral bathrooms which is not okay if you're not going to provide gender ones for those of us who don't feel safe having a person with obvious male genital peeing in an open stall.

I stay here for Dragoncon when I can. Despite the chaos of 80k nerds running around, the staff still help you out and keep the rooms clean. As a former front desk agent, I know that isn't easy. Great place with great service

Rene at the front desk was the most wonderful person we've ever dealt with at a hotel, by far. Everything was explained well, and she was so delightful. We stayed during DragonCon and noticed she was equally amazing with everyone. She's the kind of person that every hotel wants to have and I hope she stays!
