Manolis and Salty Rides was one of the best experiences of our trip! Manolis took us to some of the most beautiful spots in Milos, where we had the chance to swim in the sea, have fun with a water scooter, walk the beach, get amazing photos and have an overall amazing time. Manolis also knew a lot about the island and Greece. He was the perfect guide. The boat was also spectacular. So fast, clean and safe.

If you want the best speed boat excursion in Milos, then Salty Rides is the absolute #1 choice! We used then the summer of 2023 for the first time and had an amazing time with Manolis as our captain. We just returned to Milos this past September 2025 and reached out to Salty Rides for a second time. Since we had such a fabulous time the last time we came in with very high expectations. Well Salty Rides exceeded them by leaps and bounds. We had the most perfect day with Chris as captain. We will be returning to Milos July 2026 and have booked Salty Rides once again. Salty Rides is the best by a mile!

Amazing Private Boat Tour in Milos!! Amazing experience with Captain Matt! He was so knowledgable about all the spots we went to and truly was the best boat captain we had on our entire trip! He knew the best times to go to each place so we were always ahead of the larger crowds! Also his service was incredible, it was a great day! He also was able to pick us up and drop us off right at our hotel dock which was super convenient and made the day that much better.

We had many incredible days on our Greece vacation but this may have been the best one. Manolis (owner-our captain) was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating. He adjusted our start time due to the windy weather. He upgraded our boat just because it was available. He was friendly and completely a pleasure to spend the day with. Our itineray was completely personalized-he took us to Kleftiko, Sikia (drove us inside the cave) and a few incredible swimming spots. The boat was beautiful and he had great drinks and snacks onboard for us. I would not hesitate to use this company for an incredible day in Milos. Expensive but well worth it !

The absolute best day of our entire trip!!! A group of four of us booked a private day trip around Milos with Salty Rides and it was an absolute dream. Michalis picked us up directly from our hotel’s dock on the most beautiful boat first thing in the morning. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped map out the itinerary for the day ensuring we got to see all noteworthy sites. Despite somewhat windy conditions, all of the rides to and from our various destinations throughout the day were smooth and enjoyable - a testament to his supreme captain skills. The boat itself was absolutely perfect. It had numerous locations for sitting and lounging including both shade protection and sun exposure.The boat also came with a beautiful cabin including a proper bathroom and even espresso machine! The boat was fully stocked with beverages and snacks as well as fun gear such as snorkels, a paddle board, fins etc. A very special touch which our entire group appreciated was the traditional Greek tapas that he provided which his mother (a long time island local) made. His music playlist was sublime and his hospitality really made the entire experience one that we will never forget. We did tremendous amounts of research on private boat tours around Milos including hotel recommendations etc. and we couldn’t be happier with the experience Salty Rides provided. Many of the other companies we explored were outrageously priced and felt very touristy and scheduled. Michalis and his team were the opposite - island locals with a passion and love for the wonders of the Aegean. If you are looking for a memorable, luxurious, comfortable and exciting experience this is the company for you!!

Great tour! It began with excellent communication before the trip. The morning of the trip, Michael met us right on time. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I can be a bit clumsy and he made sure I was ok. Most important, he made our trip so much fun. If you take this tour and he offers you homemade spinach pie, make sure to taste it! Jumping off a boat to swim was a bucket list activity for me and it didn’t disappoint!

Salty Rides--Milos, Greece--If you do one thing while visiting Milos--(I would go so far to say, all the Greek islands) do not miss the unique and wondrous day exploring the rugged volcanic landscapes, far beaches, cliffs and caves that only their RIB-boats can access. The pristine & scintillating deep blue waters of the South Aegean, accessible only by boat, will stay with you for a lifetime. It's a kind of once-in-a-life sea-going Safari. The captain (Manolis) and crew )Matt) were true professionals, providing excellent seamanship, and all manner of fresh fruit, soft drinks, beer, and homemade baked snacks--as well as any type of request. Their experience in delivering a safe, exciting, and memorable charter is impressive. I'll say it again: don't miss this "Salty Ride", these waters will not always be so private and secluded.

My family and I (wife and two daughters ages 9 and 6) went out with Captain Chris on our first full day in Milos. I can’t say enough good things about how great our experience was. He made us feel like part of their local family and showed us all around their islands from the water. We had so much fun we booked them again right there on the spot and went out with Captain Manolis the following day. We were able to go see new beaches, coves and amazing places the second day. Again we were treated like family and my girls had the best time. Thank you both Captain Chris and Captain Manolis, you helped make our trip to Milos one we will never forget!!!
