We purchased a home in June 2024 with a vent free gas fireplace. The fireplace didn't work properly and after two other technicians, I finally found Salters and in particular, Tyler. Tyler went right into the details and found the problem that was overlooked by the other 2 techs. We now, finally, have a working fireplace. Thank you Tyler!

Excellent service on my gas fireplace today from Raejon! He arrived on time, identified the problem (a loose wire) and had my fireplace working again in a short period of time. He was also careful in protecting my floors and furniture during the repair. The cost was reasonable, too. Raejon was very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service!

A young Barry Salter sold us a beautiful glass front wood/pellet stove that still can heat the whole house and looks great all year.
Great guy, great service, great products and now they are even better. Wonderful place to figure out what you need and have it installed.

Sean and Joe did a great job today installing a Mod-Fyre Deluxe Large Gas Fireplace Insert. They worked together seamlessly quickly completing the work. They took time to explain its operation and controls.

Met Eric and Kody today to service my gas fireplace. They were so nice and very respectful of my home. Eric was teaching Kody step by step the job and he was really soaking up the knowledge. These two worked well together and fixed my fireplace within 30 minutes. I've always had a great experience with Salter's Fireplace and Chimney co. The technicians are always on time, friendly, smart and helpful. I highly recommend them for service and purchases. It's hard to get good customer service these days but these guys were exceptional. Highly recommend Salter's Fireplace! The technician, Greg, was punctual, professional, and performed a very thorough inspection of our gas fireplace. He explained everything clearly, provided tips for ongoing maintenance. and the fireplace is working great! 5 stars for sure!
