Salt-N-Bake's Original Kampung Salt-Baked Chicken is hands-down the best I've ever tasted! Juicy, tender, and bursting with natural flavour—no forced-fed, hormone-injected vibe here. Pure kampung goodness. Nothing wasted: the rich bones make amazing broth or porridge. Clean, authentic, and unforgettable. 10/10!

The best steamed chicken ever! Just the right amount of salty and savoury. Very juicy and tender chicken. Always leaves me wanting more. Will always get cravings for it!

I found Salt n Bake online and bought two original and one mala salted chickens for Christmas. They were delicious and not super salty though I appreciated a more salty flavour when I kept the chicken in the refrigerator for several days before eating it. The original version had a good Chinese herbal flavour. My son liked the mala version which was nicely seasoned with spices, peppercorns and chilli. More importantly, Nor and Amir are wonderfully sincere and gracious in their customer service. Their shop was warm and hospitable, and together with the care with which which they gave instructions for warming up the chicken, and the quality of their product, I would highly recommend Salt n Bake. We're going to return for more kampung halal salted chicken very soon!

Their salt baked chicken has been consistently good. Appreciate that their chickens are always fresh. And the bones always makes a good heartening broth afterwards. Truly heartwarming, nothing less.

This is a take away only shop. Bought both the classic salt baked and honey baked. Both were very nice. The Salt baked is not too salty and doesn’t have overwhelming saltiness. Just nice and a must try. The children friendly honey baked was heavier on flavour. I didn’t get the Mala baked but was told is one of the favourites. The uncle attended to me was very nice and friendly. Great service. The location of the shop is quite secluded at 2nd level of Millage small complex.

Bought Original and Mala chicken. The original is tasty and delicious, for real. Steamed it for 30min (with the wrapper on) and the juices and taste is locked in. Therefore when we ate the chicken, we can still "dip" it for more of the flavour. Mala is equally nice and spicy of course.
Will definitely buy again. Original is a must and will try other flavours.
