I have tried to get Jacqueline to take my case since last year and she could not give me the legit reason why she won't take my case I would not recommend. Jacqueline, not only are you being dishonest about me not retaining you, but you also never returned my calls. To my knowledge, I was never rude or disrespectful. Your claims are false and misleading

This is a misleading and dishonest response. I never disrespected anyone on your staff, nor did I "demand" to speak with you. I simply followed up after our previous conversation where you invited me to reach out again when I was ready. Your claim that I was “super rude” is completely false, and your attempt to discredit my experience instead of addressing it honestly is deeply disappointing.
I posted my review to share a real and valid experience so others can make informed decisions. Calling it “defamatory” just because it’s negative shows a lack of accountability. If this is how you handle criticism, I can only imagine how you handle actual cases.
