I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Sakkas, Cahn, and Weiss during my slip and fall injury case. After enduring over five surgeries, including a four-level cervical fusion and a two-level lumbar fusion amongst other surgeries, I knew I needed a law firm that would advocate for my interests and fight for my rights. Initially, I reached out to several law firms, but many did not believe in my case due to the nature of my injuries, which weren't as visible such as broken bones or severed limbs. However, Sakkas, Cahn, & Weiss stood out as the only firm that recognized the validity & severity of my situation. Adam Cahn became my champion, advisor, and friend. His deep knowledge of both legal and medical matters amazed me. During our first call, I knew I wanted him to represent me, as he accurately described my feelings and potential injuries. I often jokingly told him he should have been a doctor, because he was that knowledgeable on all things related to my injuries!! With over 95 years of combined experience, you can't go wrong with this team. All three attorneys are sharks. I was lucky enough to have Adam Cahn and Matthew Sakkas represent me. Adam & Matthew are assertive negotiators who fought aggressively to get me a significant settlement. Thanks to their efforts, this settlement that will allow me to consider an early retirement due to my health restrictions.
