Professional, proficient, polite, and perfect! I highly recommend this company for anyone who requires any level of dental care while you are in Vietnam. My doctor spoke English very well. I was able to understand her perfectly. We never used the translator. She was kind and gentle and very good at her job, as were the entire staff. I was extremely nervous traveling from the USA to Vietnam for dental implants, but choosing Saigon Implant Center turned out to be the best decision I could have made. My case was particularly challenging due to severe bone loss in my upper jaw, which meant traditional implants were not an option. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Tan handled this difficult situation with absolute expertise, performing my zygomatic surgery successfully. I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Yen also went above and beyond to customize my new bridge, ensuring I could chew comfortably and smile with confidence. She patiently made adjustments until everything was perfect, and I truly appreciate the care she put into making sure I had no issues. Also a quick shout out to Dr. Taxi for prepping my mouth for the zygomatic surgery. He was awesome! Dr. Tan and his entire team of dentists and assistants were professional, attentive, and outstanding throughout the process. I felt fully supported from start to finish. I already had implants done about 7 years ago in Danang and they were chipped and I wanted to get my molars crowned as well. Dr Bich Van took care of me and she is fantastic. You would be in excellent care under her. She cares about her patients, she tries to give the best care. The first day she was doing my teeth she stayed two hours after hours to ensure that the job was done properly after I was 40 mins late! We were both hungry and tired but still her care was top notch. She refused to put in sub par crowns for me and rather call me back on another day to ensure that it was all fine. They are one of the most expensive in HCMC but I see that they are truly the best! Rest assured that you will be in good hands.
