I thoroughly enjoyed the DOT compliance manager class that Santiago taught this week. It was very informative, easily understood and with Santiago's expertise and knowledge, he applied "real world" examples to help us understand the regulations.
The materials he provided and the format he used, flowed effortlessly and what I thought I knew, well, I learned more in this class than in others. I am confident I can apply this information to my job.

Recently completed the brake inspector course and I tell you what!!! Santiago knows his stuff. I walked into it not really sure of what it would be about but im glad I signed up for this course because it opens your eyes to a lot of situations. He can explain things because he has seen both side from a trooper standpoint and from a company side and I honestly feel that is the most effective side because he can put both sides together and clearly explain why each side does the things they do. If your on the fence about any of his classes id say do it because your going to walk out that classroom having a good understanding of what was being taught. Dont be scared to ask questions because he will answer them and show you where the answer is. But do your due diligence and try and figure it out then ask his on the part your confused about and he will explain it all the way.

Taking this class completely clarified what I thought I knew about DOT regulations. The information was practical, direct, and immediately applicable — I can confidently take what I learned and train my guys the right way.
