They sent one man for the job and he absolutely transformed the place. We had SafeRoute Home Services install carpet in our home in Issaquah. They gave us a quote and installed the carpet on a fairly short notice and did an exceptional job!
In addition, they helped us choose a carpet which was good quality and very affordable, compared to Home Depot, Lowe’s etc.
They used low VOC carpets and no glue during installation, which was great since we had a baby ready to crawl.
Highly recommend them for any carpet needs!

Needed to get the carpet stretched on a tight timeline, and they were accommodating and responsive.
Hoss was professional and was sure to call 30 minutes before showing up. We had some carpet bunching up and causing a serious tripping hazard and he was able to get it level (which I didn’t think was possible). He was also sure to clean up, and walk me through each room to make sure it was up to my quality. Would recommend to anyone who needs a quality job done on a quick timeline.

Scheduling : it was so easy to set up one with them and give them details either on website or on phone
Appointment: the person who came to clean was courteous and made me understand about the plan and the quote before hand.
Work: it was nicely done and I have no complaints about it. Got the pictures once they finished it.
Overall it was great service and would recommend it to anyone nearby in the area.

I called SafeRoute to get an estimate for LVP install at my house in Monroe, WA. They were able to come out the next day for measurements. Hoss was very nice and chill; quite a different experience from the aggressive sales-y guys I'd dealt with before, which was refreshing. SafeRoute's quote came in ~2k less than others and they were ready to start the job in a week. Definitely recommend giving them a call!
